Claims (25)
- 検査装置(100)の検査区域(134)に放射線(144)を放射する放射線源(130);
検査区域(134)に位置した検査オブジェクトを透過した放射線(144)を検知する検出器アレイ(138);および
1つ以上の超音波(304)を検査区域(134)に送る超音波フロントエンド要素(146);を含み、
前記超音波(304)が放射線の中心線の軌道と平行な方向に動くことを特徴とする検査装置。 - 検知された放射線に基づいて複数の放射線画像(110)を作る画像再構成器(108)をさらに含み、複数の放射線画像のうち第1放射線画像は検査オブジェクトの第1平面を描写し、第2放射線画像は検査オブジェクトの第2平面を描写し、第1平面と第2平面が同じであるかまたは異なることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の検査装置。
- 前記放射線源(130)が検出器アレイ(138)に対して中心の一位置や色々な方向から放射線(144)を放射し、前記画像再構成器(108)がトモシンセシス(tomosynthesis)技術を利用して画像を作ることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の検査装置。
- 検査オブジェクトを固定する固定器具(132,136)をさらに含み、前記固定器具(132,136)に1つ以上の開口部(206)が形成され、超音波フロントエンド要素(146)の一部分が前記開口部に挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の検査装置。
- 前記検査装置(100)がマンモグラフィー装置であり、前記固定器具(132,136)は1つ以上の超音波(304)の放出と放射線(144)の放出中にオブジェクトを圧縮する圧縮パドルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の検査装置。
- 前記検査オブジェクトが、放射線(144)の放出中には勿論のこと、1つ以上の超音波(304)の放出中にも同じ方向を維持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の検査装置。
- 検知された超音波から超音波画像(116)を作る超音波機器(114)をさらに含み、前記超音波画像(116)は検知された放射線から生じた対応放射線画像(110)と一致することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の検査装置。
- 検知された放射線から得られた情報と検知された超音波から得えられた情報を描写する各々別の画像や合成された画像(120)を作る画像合成器(118)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の検査装置。
- 放射線源(130)から放射線(144)が放出されない間、前記検査区域(134)に対して超音波フロントエンド要素(146)の位置を調整する超音波配置器(508)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の検査装置。
- 検査オブジェクトに向かって1つ以上の超音波(304)を伝達する超音波フロントエンド要素(146)を含み、検査オブジェクトは放射線検査を行う時の方向と同じ方向を維持し、前記超音波フロントエンド要素(146が放射線の中心線に平行な方向に1つ以上の超音波(304)を伝達することを特徴とする検査装置。
- 1つ以上の超音波(304)を伝達し受ける間は勿論のこと、放射線検査を行う間に検査オブジェクトを固定する固定器具(132,136)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の検査装置。
- 前記固定器具(132,136)に1つ以上の開口部(206)が形成され、超音波フロントエンド要素(146)が前記開口部に位置することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の検査装置。
- 検査オブジェクトが乳房組織であり、前記固定器具(132,134)は、超音波(304)を伝達する間は勿論のこと、放射線検査を行う間に乳房組織を圧縮する圧縮パドルを含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の検査装置。
- 放射線検査を行わない時、超音波フロントエンド要素(146)を前記開口部(206)に位置させる超音波配置器(508)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の検査装置。
- 検知された超音波から超音波画像(116)を作る超音波機器(114)をさらに含み、前記超音波画像(116)は検知された放射線から生じた対応放射線画像(110)と一致することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の検査装置。
- 放射線検査を行う間に得られた情報と検知された超音波から得られた情報を描写する各々別の画像や合成された画像(120)を作る画像合成器(118)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の検査装置。
- 放射線源(130)から放射線(144)が放出されない時、超音波フロントエンド要素(146)を検査オブジェクトに対して位置させる超音波配置器(508)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の検査装置。
- 検査オブジェクトに関する2つの検査方式からデータを得る方法であって、
検査オブジェクトを第1方向に置いて放射線検査を行うステップ(606);および
検査オブジェクトを第1方向に置いて超音波検査を行うステップ(606);を含み、
1つ以上の前記超音波が放射線の中心線の軌道に平行な方向に進行することを特徴とする方法。 - 検査オブジェクトを第1方向に固定するステップ;
放射線検査を行うステップ;
超音波検査を行うステップ;および
放射線検査と超音波検査が終了した後に検査オブジェクトを第1方向から固定を解除するステップ;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の方法。 - 色々な方向から検査オブジェクトに放射線を放射するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 放射線検査から得られた情報に基づいて、検査オブジェクト内部の第1平面を描写する放射線画像を作るステップ;
前記第1平面に合わせて超音波の焦点を調節するステップ;および
超音波に基づいて前記第1平面を描写する超音波画像を作るステップ;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の方法。 - 放射線検査から得られた情報に基づいて、検査オブジェクト内部の第1平面とは異なる第2平面を描写する第2放射線画像を作るステップ;
前記第2平面に合わせて超音波の焦点を再調節するステップ、および
超音波に基づいて前記第2平面を描写する第2超音波画像を作るステップ;を含むことを特徴とする、請求項21に記載の方法。 - 前記第1、第2放射線画像がトモシンセシス技術を用いて作られることを特徴とする、請求項22に記載の方法。
- トモシンセシス技術を利用して放射線検査から得られた情報に基づいて複数の放射線画像を作り、放射線画像を描写したのと同じ位置に対して超音波から得られたデータに基づいて複数の超音波画像を作るステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 放射線検査から得られた情報と超音波から得られた情報に基づいて合成画像を作るステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の方法。
