Description
Claims (14)
- 分子乳房画像化(MBI)モードを含む第一動作モードと、分子乳房画像化誘導生検又は超音波画像化を含む第二動作モードと、で動作可能な分子乳房画像化(MBI)装置であって、
検査部位の近傍に配置された支持構造と、
前記支持構造に連結され前記検査部位の第1の部分に沿って延在される第1の検出器ヘッドであって、該第1の検出器ヘッドが、前記検査部位の近傍の第1の画像プレーンを画定するように延在され前記支持構造に支持された第1のガンマ線検出器、および前記第1の画像プレーンと実質的に同一平面上に延在され前記検査部位と前記第1のガンマ線検出器との間に配置された第1のコリメータ、を有する第1の検出器ヘッドと、
前記支持構造に連結され前記検査部位の第2の部分に沿って延在される第2の検出器ヘッドであって、該第2の検出器ヘッドが、前記検査部位の近傍の第2の画像プレーンを画定するように延在され前記支持構造に支持された第2のガンマ線検出器、および前記第2の画像プレーンと実質的に同一平面上に延在され前記検査部位と前記第2のガンマ線検出器との間に配置された第2のコリメータ、を有する第2の検出器ヘッドと、
前記第1の検出器ヘッドの近傍において前記第1の検出器ヘッドに動作可能に連結された圧迫プレートと、
前記第1の検出器ヘッドおよび前記支持構造の間に配置された調節可能な連結部であって、前記分子乳房画像化装置が前記第一動作モードから前記第二動作モードに変わる前記分子乳房画像化装置の切り換えの間、前記圧迫プレートが留置されたままとなるよう、第1の位置と第2の位置の間で、前記第1の検出器ヘッドを移動させる調節可能な連結部と、
が設けられ、
前記分子乳房画像化装置の切り換えが、前記第1の検出器ヘッドの移動によって可能とされ、
前記第1の位置は、前記第1の検出器ヘッドが前記第2の検出器ヘッドに対向している位置であり、
前記第2の位置は、前記第1の検出器ヘッドが前記第2の検出器ヘッドに対向していない位置である
ことを特徴とする分子乳房画像化装置。 - 前記第1の検出器ヘッドが前記第1の位置にあるときに、前記第1の画像プレーンが前記第2の画像プレーンに平行に延在している状態と、
前記第1の検出器ヘッドが前記第2の位置にあるときに、前記第1の画像プレーンが前記第2の画像プレーンに垂直に延在している状態と、
の少なくとも一つが満たされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分子乳房画像化装置。 - 前記調節可能な連結部が回転軸を画定する枢軸を有して、前記第1の検出器ヘッドを前記回転軸を中心に回転させて、前記第1の検出器ヘッドが前記第1の位置および前記第2の位置の間で動くよう構成され、
前記回転の角度の範囲が、最大で90度である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分子乳房画像化装置。 - 前記圧迫プレートが、前記第1の検出器ヘッドに連結され、かつ、前記第1の検出器ヘッドが前記第1の位置および前記第2の位置の間で動くときに前記第1の画像プレーンに固定されて構成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の分子乳房画像化装置。
- 前記圧迫プレートが音響カップリングプレートおよび生検グリッドプレートの少なくとも1つを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の分子乳房画像化装置。
- 前記調節可能な連結部には、前記第1の画像プレーンの方向に沿って前記第1の検出器ヘッドをスライド自在に動かすように構成された支持アームが設けられ、該支持アームが前記第1の検出器ヘッドを前記方向に動かして、前記第1の位置および前記第2の位置の間で前記第1の検出器ヘッドを動かすことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分子乳房画像化装置。
- 前記第2の検出器ヘッドおよび前記支持構造の間に配置された別の調節可能な連結部がさらに設けられて、該別の調節可能な連結部が、前記第1の検出器ヘッドに対向している第1の位置および前記第2の検出器ヘッドが前記第1の検出器ヘッドに対向していない第2の位置の間で前記第2の検出器ヘッドを動かすことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の分子乳房画像化装置。
- 前記別の調節可能な連結部には、前記第2の画像プレーンの方向に沿って前記第2の検出器ヘッドをスライド自在に動かすように構成された別の支持アームが設けられ、該別の支持アームが、前記第2の検出器ヘッドを前記第2の画像プレーンの方向に動かして前記第1の位置および前記第2の位置の間で前記第2の検出器ヘッドを動かすことをことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の分子乳房画像化装置。
- 前記第1の検出器ヘッドの周辺から離れて前記第1の画像プレーンの方向に沿って延在する、前記第1の検出器ヘッドに連結された圧迫プレートがさらに設けられ、該圧迫プレートが、前記検出器ヘッドが前記第1の位置にあるときに前記圧迫プレートが前記検査部位に接触しないように配設され、前記第1の検出器ヘッドが前記第2の位置にあるときには前記圧迫プレートが前記検査部位に接触するように配設されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の分子乳房画像化装置。
- 前記第2のコリメータには、第1の方向に延在する複数のコリメータ孔を有する第1のコリメータ部、および第2の方向に延在する複数のコリメータ孔を有する第2のコリメータ部、が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分子乳房画像化装置。
- 前記第1のコリメータ部が平行孔コリメータ部とされかつ前記第1の方向が前記第2の画像プレーンに垂直とされ、前記第2のコリメータ部が傾斜孔コリメータ部とされかつ前記第2の方向が前記第2の画像プレーンに対して0〜90°の角度とされることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の分子乳房画像化装置。
- 前記平行孔コリメータ部が円形の外周を有し、前記傾斜孔コリメータ部が環状でかつ前記平行孔コリメータ部の外周の周りに延在されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の分子乳房画像化装置。
- 前記第2の検出器ヘッドには、前記第2のガンマ線検出器に連結されたコリメータスリーブがさらに設けられ、該コリメータスリーブが前記第2のコリメータを収容可能に受けるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の分子乳房画像化装置。
- 分子乳房画像化(MBI)モードを含む第一動作モードと、分子乳房画像化誘導生検又は超音波画像化を含む第二動作モードと、で動作可能な分子乳房画像化(MBI)装置であって、
支持構造と、
前記支持構造に連結されると共に、第1のガンマ線検出器および第1のコリメータを有する第1の検出器ヘッドと、
前記第1の検出器ヘッドの近傍において前記第1の検出器ヘッドに動作可能に連結された圧迫プレートと、
前記支持構造に連結され、前記第1の検出器ヘッドに対して第1の位置および第2の位置の間で移動するように構成されると共に、第2のガンマ線検出器および第2のコリメータを有する第2の検出器ヘッドと、
を備えた分子乳房画像化装置であって、
前記第2の検出器ヘッドが前記第1の位置および前記第2の位置の間で移動する間、前記圧迫プレートが留置されたままとなるよう構成され、
前記分子乳房画像化装置が前記第一動作モードから前記第二動作モードに変わる前記分子乳房画像化装置の切り換えが、前記第2の検出器ヘッドの移動によって可能とされ、
前記第1の位置において前記第2の検出器ヘッドが前記第1の検出器ヘッドに対向し、前記第2の位置において前記第2の検出器ヘッドが前記第1の検出器ヘッドに対向していない
ことを特徴とする分子乳房画像化装置。
