Abstract
Description
円筒状空間64が設けられる。噴射用ニードル40の第2端部とスプリング67によって支持されたバルブプレート60の間に設けられた制御プレート68がある。この制御プレートは孔又はオリフィス69を有し、この孔は、第1の側、即ち、噴射用ニードルの側から、第2の側、即ち、バルブプレート60の側へ噴射用ニードルの軸方向に延びている。制御プレート68の第2の側には、また、キャビティを囲む制御プレート68の周囲のリム72によって区画されるスペースが設けられる。連結チャンネル75と出口チャンネル85はこのスペースに接続されている。カラー部65の端部には半径方向の縮小部65’があり、これがカラー部65の肩部を形成している。制御プレート68はカラー部65の内径より大きい径を持ち、これにより、縮小部65’によって形成される肩部が制御プレートが動くことを制限している。縮小部の長手方向の高さは制御プレートの噴射用ニードル40の軸方向における厚みより大きくしている。
Claims (13)
- 噴射用ニードルが設けられる燃料噴射装置本体を備えるピストンエンジン用の燃料噴射装置であって、前記噴射用ニードルは、噴射用ニードルの位置に基づいて噴射装置からの燃料噴射流を阻止又は可能とするように設けられ、前記噴射用ニードルの位置は、加圧制御流体を作用させて前記ニードルがその閉の位置となるように、また、前記加圧流体を減少させて前記ニードルが閉の位置から離れるように移動するように加圧制御流体によって制御され、前記燃料噴射装置は、更に、前記制御流体のための流路を備え、前記制御流体の流路は前記制御流体の流れを制限する制限区域を備え、
前記制限区域は、温度依存制限効果を与える少なくとも一つの温度効果部材を備えていることを特徴とする、燃料噴射装置。 - 前記制限区域は、前記制御流体の流路を画成する少なくとも一つの面を有し、前記少なくとも一つの面は、少なくとも二つの協働する温度効果部材を有し、前記温度効果部材のうちの第1の温度効果部材は第2の温度効果部材と異なる熱膨張係数を持つことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記燃料噴射装置本体は、内部に噴射用ニードルが設けられるインジェクタースペースを有し、前記インジェクタースペースには燃料流入孔及び前記インジェクタースペースの第1の端部に設けられ、前記噴射用ニードルの制御の下で燃料が噴射される燃料噴射スプレー孔オリフィスを有し、前記インジェクタースペース内において前記噴射用ニードルの第2の端部が制御スペースを画成するように設けられ、前記制御スペースは前記制限区域が設けられる前記制御流体用の流路に属することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記制御スペースは、少なくとも部分的に前記噴射用ニードルを囲むカラー部によって区画されていることを特徴とする請求項1,請求項2又は請求項3に記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記カラー部は、前記噴射用ニードルの一端を部分的に囲むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記制限区域は、前記噴射用ニードルと前記カラー部の対向する面の間のギャップを有することを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記カラー部は前記噴射用ニードルとは異なる材料から成ることを特徴とする請求項4又は請求項5に記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記カラー部内にオリフィスが設けられた別体の制御プレートが設けられ、前記制限区域は、前記制御プレートの前記オリフィスと前記バルブプレートの出口チャンネル内の第2の狭窄部を有し、前記制御プレートは前記バルブプレートと異なる熱膨張係数を持つことを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 前記第1の部材はセラミックであり、前記第2の部材はスチールである請求項2に記載の燃料噴射装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれかに記載の燃料噴射装置を有することを特徴とするコモンレール燃料噴射システムを持つピストンエンジン。
- 前記ピストンエンジンは前記燃料噴射装置の作動上の近傍にも設けられた冷却システムを有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のピストンエンジン。
- 前記ピストンエンジンは燃料噴射装置本体の作動上の近傍に設けられた冷却システムを有することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のピストンエンジン。
- コモンレール燃料噴射システムを備え、噴射用ニードルが設けられる燃料噴射装置本体を有するピストンエンジンの運転方法であって、エンジン始動後に少なくとも一の予め定められた物質の排出量がエンジンの排ガスから測定されるように、前記ピストンエンジンが駆動され、少なくとも前記エンジンが通常の運転温度に達するまで、前記噴射用ニードルの位置に影響を及ぼす制御流体の流れに対して温度依存効果を与える少なくとも一つの温度効果部材を制御するために、前記エンジンの冷却システムが、燃料及び/又は燃料噴射装置の温度に影響を及ぼすように制御されることを特徴とする、運転方法。
