Claims (12)
- エンジン装置であって、
−内燃エンジン(2)、及び、排気ガスを前記エンジン(2)から収集することができる排気パイプ(3)と、
−排気処理流体を前記排気パイプ(3)内部に噴射するように設計された噴射装置(7)、及び、前記排気ガスから望ましくない成分を少なくとも部分的に除去するための、前記噴射装置(7)より下流に配置された後処理装置(4)を含む排気ガス後処理システムとを備えたエンジン装置において、
さらに、
−前記噴射装置(7)より上流にて前記排気パイプ(3)から分岐し、且つ、前記排気ガスの副流(F1)を、前記後処理装置入口に配置された供給装置(9)に向けて運ぶことができるバイパスライン(8)であって、前記供給装置(9)が、前記副流(F1)を前記後処理装置(4)のセクタ(10)に向けて方向付けるように設計されており、前記副流(F1)の流れと同時に、前記排気パイプ(3)内を前記後処理装置(4)に向かって流れている前記排気ガスが前記後処理装置(4)の補完部分(11)を通過するバイパスライン(8)と、
−前記排気ガス副流(F1)を加熱するように設計されたヒータ(18)と、
−排気処理流体を前記バイパスライン(8)内部に噴射するように設計された追加の噴射装置(16)とを備えることを特徴とするエンジン装置。 - 前記バイパスライン(8)が、排気パイプ壁(6)の、噴射入口(5)の反対側の衝突領域(20)に十分近くに、熱を前記衝突領域(20)に運ぶように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記供給装置(9)及び前記後処理装置(4)が、前記排気パイプ(3)内に、一方が他方に対して排気パイプ軸(19)を中心として回転することができるように取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記後処理装置(4)が前記排気パイプ(3)に対して固定されており、且つ、前記供給装置(9)が前記排気パイプ軸(19)を中心として回転するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記供給装置(9)が、
−外側に向かって開いている環状溝(25)を有する、前記バイパスライン(8)が前記環状溝(25)にて現れる周囲壁(24)と、
−前記環状溝(25)に接続されたその入口から、前記後処理装置(4)の前記セクタ(10)の入口にて現れるその出口に向かって幅広になる外側チャネル(12)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエンジン装置。 - 前記排気パイプ(3)から前記噴射装置(7)より上流にて分岐し、且つ前記バイパスライン(8)に接続された、前記ヒータ(18)により加熱されていない前記排気ガスの一部(F2)を運ぶように設計されているブリーダライン(21)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記ブリーダライン(21)に、前記供給装置(9)に入る排気ガスの温度に応じて制御される弁(22)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記ヒータ(18)が前記バイパスライン(8)上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のエンジン装置。
- さらに、
−前記バイパスラインの入口より上流に配置された粒子フィルタ(30)と、
−前記粒子フィルタ(30)より上流に配置された入口流れ方向付け装置(31)、及び、前記粒子フィルタ(30)より下流に配置された出口流れ方向付け装置(32)と、
−前記排気パイプ(3)から、前記入口流れ方向付け装置(31)より上流にて分岐している平行ライン(33)とを含み、前記平行ライン(33)が、前記排気ガスの副流(F1)を前記入口流れ方向付け装置(31)に向けて運ぶことができ、次いで、前記入口流れ方向付け装置(31)が、前記副流(F1)を、前記粒子フィルタ(30)のセクタ(34)に向けて方向付け、
前記出口流れ方向付け装置(32)が、前記副流(F1)を、前記副流(F1)が前記粒子フィルタ(30)を通過した後に収集するように、且つ、前記副流(F1)を前記バイパスライン入口に向けて方向付けるように設計されており、前記ヒータ(18)が前記平行ライン(33)上に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載のエンジン装置。 - 一方の前記入口流れ方向付け装置及び出口流れ方向付け装置(31,32)と、他方の粒子フィルタ(30)とが、排気パイプ(3)内に、前記一方が他方に対して排気パイプ軸(19)を中心として回転することができるように取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のエンジン装置。
- 前記入口流れ方向付け装置(31)が、
−外側に向かって開いている環状溝(37)を有する、前記平行ライン(33)が前記環状溝(37)にて現れる周囲壁(36)と、
−前記環状溝(37)に接続されたその入口から、前記粒子フィルタ(30)の前記セクタ(34)の入口にて現れるその出口に向かって幅広になる外側チャネル(38)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載のエンジン装置。 - 前記出口流れ方向付け装置(32)が、
−外側に向かって開いている環状溝(40)を有する、前記バイパスライン入口が前記環状溝(40)にて現れる周囲壁(39)と、
−前記粒子フィルタ(30)の前記セクタ(34)の出口に接続されたその入口から、前記環状溝(40)にて現れるその出口に向かって幅狭になる外側チャネル(41)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項9乃至11のいずれかに記載のエンジン装置。
