Claims (11)
- 溶融スラグの温度を1400℃-1500℃に制御して、温度制御鋳造成形を進行する段階と、
成形されたスラグを800℃-1000℃の温度でかつ非還元性雰囲気において1−5時間保温し、また2−5時間以内に徐々に室温まで温度を下げて、還元石材原料を得る段階とを含み、
その中で、前記溶融スラグの成分は10−40wt%のAl2O3、5−25wt%のMgO、10−50wt%のSiO2、10−40wt%のCaO、0.1−5wt%のTiO2、0.1−5wt%のFeO、0.1−5wt%のMnOであることを特徴とする溶融スラグを利用して還元石材原料を製造する方法。 - 前記溶融スラグの成分は、10−20wt%のAl2O3、5−10wt%のMgO、20−35wt%のSiO2、20−30wt%のCaO、0.1−5wt%のTiO2、0.1−5wt%のFeO、0.1−5wt%のMnOであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の溶融スラグを利用して還元石材原料を製造する方法。
- 温度制御鋳造成形の段階の前に、溶融スラグを保温・調質池に入れ、かつ前記スラグの温度を1450℃-1600℃に維持させ、製品の要求によって、溶融スラグについて成分及び/又は色を調整することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の溶融スラグを利用して還元石材原料を製造する方法。
- 成分調整剤は粘土、磁土、磁石、陶土、長石及び石英砂の中の少なくとも1つであり、その添加量は溶融スラグの添加量の0−10wt%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の溶融スラグを利用して還元石材原料を製造する方法。
- 色彩調整剤はTi、Cr、Ni、Cu、Co、Feの酸化物と、前記酸化物を含有する粉鉱と産業廃棄物の中の少なくとも1つであり、その添加量は溶融スラグの添加量の0−5wt%であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の溶融スラグを利用して還元石材原料を製造する方法。
- 前記色彩調整剤は酸化アルミニウムの生産で生じられる赤泥或はベンガラであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の溶融スラグを利用して還元石材原料を製造する方法。
- 前記温度制御鋳造成形の段階において、鋳造成形の過程は金型により鋳造されるか、または金型なしに鋳造されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の溶融スラグを利用して還元石材原料を製造する方法。
- 前記温度制御鋳造成形の段階において、鋳造成形の過程は金型により鋳造されるか、または金型なしに鋳造されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の溶融スラグを利用して還元石材原料を製造する方法。
- 前記溶融スラグは、冶金反応器から直接排出された溶融スラグ又は再び精錬されたスラグであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の溶融スラグを利用して還元石材原料を製造する方法。
- 降温速度は1.5-10℃/分であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の溶融スラグを利用して還元石材原料を製造する方法。
- 降温速度は1.5-10℃/分であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の溶融スラグを利用して還元石材原料を製造する方法。
