Abstract
Description
(a)汚れた基質のクリーニング法に使用した後に回収したポリマー粒子を処理し、ここで、該処理としては、該粒子を粒子クリーニング剤で処理することを含み;さらに、
(b)湿らせた基質を、前記処理済みポリマー粒子を複数含む調製物で処理する。
a)セロックス・マイルド(Selox Mild)465.0g−クリステインズ(Crysteyns)社(英国ブラッドフォード)(界面活性剤、洗浄開始時に添加));
b)泡立ち抑制剤RDエマルション(Antiform RD Emulsion)8.4g−ダウ・コーニング(DOW Corning)社(英国バリー)(泡立ち抑制剤、洗浄開始時に添加);
c)ムーラン(Mulan)200S 223.2g−クリステインズ(Crysteyns)社(界面活性剤増強剤、洗浄開始時に添加);
d)メタジェット・ウルトラ(Metajet Ultra)231.9g−クリステインズ(Crysteyns)社(水酸化ナトリウム溶液、15〜30%水溶液、洗浄開始10分後に添加)
e)泡立ち抑制剤RDエマルション(Antiform RD Emulsion)16.8g−ダウ・コーニング(DOW Corning)社(泡立ち抑制剤、洗浄開始10分後に添加);
f)次亜塩素酸ナトリウム 258.4g−クリステインズ(Crysteyns)社(次亜塩素酸ナトリウム溶液、14〜15%水溶液、洗浄開始20分後に添加);
g)ジェットストリーム・ジェットサワー(Jetstream Jetsour)100.0g−クリステインズ(Crysteyns)社(亜硫酸水素ナトリウム溶液、15〜30%水溶液、1回目のすすぎ中に添加);および
h)ロイコフォールBMBリキッド(Leucophor BMB Liquid)5.0g−ヴィジョン・ケミカルズ(Vision Chemicals)社(英国リーズ)(蛍光増白剤、50%水溶液、最終すすぎ時に添加)

d)メタジェット・ウルトラ(Metajet Ultra)347.9g−クリステインズ(Crysteyns)社(水酸化ナトリウム溶液、15〜30%水溶液、洗浄開始10分後に添加)
e)泡立ち抑制剤RDエマルション(Antiform RD Emulsion)8.4g−ダウ・コーニング(DOW Corning)社(泡立ち抑制剤、洗浄開始10分後に添加);
f)次亜塩素酸ナトリウム 258.4g−クリステインズ(Crysteyns)社(次亜塩素酸ナトリウム溶液、14〜15%水溶液、洗浄開始20分後に添加);
g)ジェットストリーム・ジェットサワー(Jetstream Jetsour)100.0g−クリステインズ(Crysteyns)社(亜硫酸水素ナトリウム溶液、15〜30%水溶液、初回のすすぎ中に添加);および

Claims (29)
- 汚れた基質をクリーニングする工程において使用した後に回収したポリマー粒子の処理法であって、該粒子を粒子クリーニング剤で処理することを含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記粒子クリーニング剤が少なくとも1種類の界面活性剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記界面活性剤には、すくなくとも1種類の陰イオン性、非イオン性、陽イオン性、両イオン性、二極性、および/または半極性非イオン性の界面活性剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子クリーニング剤が水性液体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1、請求項2または請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子クリーニング剤が、酵素、酸化剤/漂白剤および殺生剤から選択されるすくなくとも1種類の追加の構成成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子クリーニング剤が、安定剤、湿潤剤および溶媒から選択される1種類またはそれ以上の追加の構成成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子クリーニング剤は、ビルダー、キレート剤、分散剤、酵素安定剤、触媒作用物質、漂白活性化剤、ポリマー分散剤、抗再付着作用を有する物質、香料、蛍光増白剤、粘土状汚れの除去剤、泡立ち抑制剤、染料、弾力性付与剤、キャリヤー、向水性物質、加工助剤、および/または色素から選択されるすくなくとも1種類の添加剤を追有することを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記処理は、5〜95℃の温度で実施することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記処理は、5〜120分間実施することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記処理は、洗濯装置の第二のチャンバーに清浄な水を流入し、該装置の回転式に取り付けられた円筒型かご内の前記ポリマー粒子をクリーニングすることによって実施することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー粒子が、ポリアルケン類、ポリエステル類、ポリアミド類もしくはポリウレタン類、またはそれらのコポリマーからなっていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項10のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリアミド粒子がナイロンビーズを含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ナイロンが、ナイロン6,6のホモポリマーであって、分子量が5000〜30000ダルトンの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー粒子が、球形、立方形または円筒形をしており、中が詰まっているかまたは中空であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項13のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記円筒形粒子の平均粒子径は1.0〜6.0mmであり、前記粒子の長さは1.0〜5.0mmであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子の平均質量は1〜50mgであることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項15のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記ポリマー粒子は、発泡性または非発泡性のポリマー性材料を含んでおり、さらに、前記ポリマーは直鎖状または交鎖状であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項16のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 汚れた基質のクリーニング法であって、
(a)請求項1から請求項17の任意の1項に記載の方法に従ってポリマー粒子を処理し;さらに、
(b)湿らせた基質を、処理済みの前記ポリマー粒子を複数含む調製物で処理する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記基質は、プラスチック材料、皮革、紙、厚紙、金属、ガラスまたは木材を含むことを特徴とする請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記基質が、織物用繊維または織物を含み、それらは天然または合成材料の繊維または織物であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記天然または合成材料の繊維または織物として、綿、ナイロン6,6またはポリエステルが含まれることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記基質は、給水本管から引いた、または蛇口から出した水と接触させることによって湿らせることを特徴とする請求項18から請求項21のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記基質を湿らせて、基質に対する水の比を1:0.1〜1:5(w/w)の範囲にすることを特長とする請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記粒子に対する基質の比が0.1:1〜10:1(w/w)の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項18から請求項23のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記湿らせた基質の処理は、処理済みの前記ポリマー粒子を複数含む調製物を用い、5〜35℃の温度範囲で行うことを特徴とする請求項18から請求項24のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 前記湿らせた基質の処理は、処理済みの前記ポリマー粒子を複数含む調製物を用い、5〜45分間行うことを特徴とする請求項18から請求項25のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 家庭用または工業用のクリーニング工程で使用することを特徴とする請求項19から請求項26のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- バッチ式または連続式で行うことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項27のいずれかの請求項に記載の方法。
- 汚れた基質のクリーニングを行うための調製物であって、該調製物は複数のポリマー粒子を含み、該粒子は粒子クリーニング剤で処理されていることを特徴とする調製物。
