Description
シリンダロッドが摺動するヘッドカバーと、ヘッドカバーから延設され、ピストンが往復動するシリンダチューブと、シリンダロッドのストロークエンド時に発生する衝撃を緩和するクッション装置と、を備える油圧シリンダにおいて、
ヘッドカバーに形成される第1のクッションオリフィスと、
第1のクッションオリフィスに連通され、入口がヘッドカバーの外面に形成される第2のクッションオリフィスと、
ヘッドカバーに形成された作動油流路に第2のクッションオリフィスを連通させる第3のクッションオリフィスと、
第2のクッションオリフィスに取替え自在に係合し、シリンダロッドのストロークエンド時に第1のクッションオリフィスを介して作動油流路に排出される作動油の量を調節可能なようにオリフィスが形成される可変オリフィス用プラグと、を備える。

Claims (2)
- シリンダロッドが摺動するヘッドカバーと、ヘッドカバーから延設され、ピストンが往復動するシリンダチューブと、シリンダロッドのストロークエンド時に発生する衝撃を緩和するクッション装置と、を備える油圧シリンダにおいて、
前記ヘッドカバーに形成される第1のクッションオリフィスと、
前記第1のクッションオリフィスに連通され、入口が前記ヘッドカバーの外面に形成される第2のクッションオリフィスと、
前記ヘッドカバーに形成された作動油流路に第2のクッションオリフィスを連通させる第3のクッションオリフィスと、
前記第2のクッションオリフィスに取替え自在に係合され、 前記シリンダロッドのストロークエンド時に前記第1のクッションオリフィスを介して前記作動油流路に排出される作動油の量を調節可能なようにオリフィスが形成される可変オリフィス用プラグと、を備えることを特徴とする可変クッションオリフィスを備えた油圧シリンダ。 - 前記可変オリフィス用プラグに形成されるオリフィスが、
前記第2のクッションオリフィスに連通される第1のオリフィスと、
前記第1のオリフィスに連通されて前記第2のクッションオリフィスと第3のクッションオリフィスとを互いに連通させる第2のオリフィスと、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の可変クッションオリフィスを備えた油圧シリンダ。
