Claims (10)
- 一端に第1冷媒ポートが設けられた第1ヘッダーと、
一端に第2冷媒ポートが設けられた第2ヘッダーと、
第1ヘッダーと第2ヘッダーとを連通するように第1ヘッダーと第2ヘッダーとの間に接続された伝熱管と、
それぞれ隣り合う伝熱管の間に設けられたフィンと、
第1端が前記第1ヘッダー及び第2ヘッダーのうち、一つのヘッダーに接続されて前記一つのヘッダーの内部と連通される除霜管であって、前記第1端が前記一つのヘッダーに接続する位置は、前記一つのヘッダーの前記一端から所定距離を離れている除霜管と、
を備えることを特徴とする蒸発器。 - 前記除霜管の第1端は、前記一つのヘッダーの中央部分に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発器。
- 前記除霜管の軸線と伝熱管の軸線との間の挟み角度は、45〜315°であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発器。
- 前記所定距離は、100ミリメートより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発器。
- 前記一つのヘッダー内に開放端と閉塞端とを備える冷媒案内管が設けられ、
前記冷媒案内管には複数の開口が形成され、
前記冷媒案内管の開口端が前記一つのヘッダーの冷媒ポートから突出されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸発器。 - 圧縮機と、
第1乃至第4弁ポートを備え、前記圧縮機が第1弁ポートと第3弁ポートとに接続された四方弁と、
入口が四方弁の第2弁ポートに接続された凝縮器と、
入口が凝縮器の出口に接続されたスロットル機構と、
四方弁の第4弁ポートとスロットル機構の出口との間に接続された蒸発器であって、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の蒸発器と、
蒸発器に接続し且つ四方弁の第4弁ポートとスロットル機構の出口との間に接続された冷媒切り替えユニットであって、冷凍システムが通常運転モードである時、冷媒が四方弁からスロットル機構を介して第1ヘッダー内に入り、且つ第2ヘッダーから出て四方弁に戻るようにするとともに、冷凍システムが除霜運転モードである時、冷媒が四方弁から除霜管を介して前記一つのヘッダー内に入り、且つ蒸発器のもう一つのヘッダーから出てスロットル機構を介して四方弁に戻るようにするための冷媒切り替えユニットと、
を備えることを特徴とする冷凍システム。 - 前記冷媒切り替えユニットは、第1乃至第4弁を含み、
第1弁は、四方弁の第4弁ポートと蒸発器の第2ヘッダーの第2冷媒ポートとの間に接続され、
第2弁の一方側は、第1弁と第2ヘッダーの冷媒ポートとの間に接続され、
第2弁の他方側は、スロットル機構に接続され、
第3弁の一方側は、第2弁の他方側とスロットル機構との間に接続され、
第3弁の他方側は、蒸発器の第1ヘッダーの第1冷媒ポートに接続され、
第4弁は、四方弁の第4弁ポートと除霜管の第2端との間に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の冷凍システム。 - 前記除霜管の第1端は、第1ヘッダー又は第2ヘッダーに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の冷凍システム。
- 前記除霜管の第1端は、第2ヘッダーに接続され、
前記冷媒切り替えユニットは、第1弁と第4弁とを含み、
第1弁は、四方弁の第4弁ポートと蒸発器の第2ヘッダーの第2冷媒ポートとの間に接続され、
第4弁は、四方弁の第4弁ポートと除霜管の第2端との間に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の冷凍システム。 - 前記除霜管の第1端は、第2ヘッダーに接続され、
前記除霜管の第2端は、四方弁の第4弁ポートに接続され、
冷媒切り替えユニットは、第1弁を含み、
前記第1弁は、四方弁の第4弁ポートと蒸発器の第2ヘッダーの第2冷媒ポートとの間に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の冷凍システム。
