Description

取り付けの際にねじ接続が生じる。
Claims (9)
- 形状結合および摩擦結合の、並びに取り外し可能な接続のための、特に円筒状のピンまたはボルトを有するねじを作成するナットであって、この際有効なピッチを有するコア穴が備えられており、また前記ピッチが前記コア穴の周囲において周囲の方向に向かって配置されているナットであって、前記ピッチが周囲の方向へ見て断面図において完全に形成されたピッチを有し、前記ピッチの完全に形成された前記断面の間に高さにおいて不完全に形成されたピッチを有する自由空間が存在し、前記有効なピッチは前記コア穴の中で谷底がねじ外径Dn上にあり、かつ山頂がねじ内径D1上にあり、前記ピッチが少なくとも部分的に前記コア穴が前記ねじ内径D1から前記ねじ外径Dnの方向に向かって拡張する自由空間を有し、この際前記自由空間は前記ねじ外径Dnに対して一定の間隔をおいて外円の直径Daで終わっていることを特徴とするナット。
- 前記ピッチが前記ねじ外径Dnと前記ねじ内径D1の間にあるねじ有効径D2を有し、前記外円の直径Daが前記ねじ外径Dnより小さく、少なくとも前記ねじ有効径D2と同じ大きさであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のナット。
- 前記自由空間が半径Rvの円弧として形成され、前記半径Rvは前記ねじ内径D1の35%より小さく、特に前記ねじ内径D1の25%より小さく形成され、この際前記自由空間が前記コア穴の中心に対して前記ねじ内径D1の最大75%分間隔をおいた中心を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のナット。
- 自由空間の前記ねじ内径D1への移行が120°から180°未満の角度でなされることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のナット。
- 前記ピッチにおける前記自由空間の割合が20%から75%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のナット。
- 請求項2に記載の、および請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載のナットと、ボルトとを含むねじ接続であって、前記ボルトの前記直径d2は前記ねじ内径D1より大きく、前記ナットの前記外円の直径Daより小さく、特に前記ねじ有効径D2と同じ大きさであることを特徴とするねじ接続。
- 前記ナットの前記外円の直径Daが前記ボルトの前記直径d2より大きいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のねじ接続。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のねじを作成するナットの作成のためのブランクであって、この際前記作成すべきナットはねじ内径D1とねじ外径Dnを有するねじを備え、前記ブランクが前記作成すべきねじ内径D1より小さい内接円の直径Diを有するコア穴を有し、前記コア穴は前記内接円の直径Diから前記コア穴を拡張する自由空間を有し、この際前記自由空間は前記作成すべきねじ外径Dnに対して一定の間隔をおいて外円の直径Daで終わっていることを特徴とするブランク。
- 前記自由空間が互いに間隔をおいていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のブランク。
