Abstract
Description
内燃機関を始動するために、慣用的な手法で電気機器例えば直流機器として構成されたスタータを使用することは公知である。例えば内燃機関のスタータなどのように、電気機器ないしは電気的駆動装置を作動開始させるときには、一般に高い始動電流が発生する。この電流を制限することは、例えば自動車において始動中に車載電源電圧の落ち込みを最小限に抑える目的で、重要な課題である。
このような背景から、請求項1記載の電気機器の駆動方法及び請求項8記載の該方法を実施するための装置が提供される。従属請求項、発明の詳細な説明ならびに図面には、本発明の実施形態が示されている。
次に、図面を参照しながら実施例に基づき本発明について詳しく説明する。
Claims (9)
- 電気機器の駆動方法例えば始動フェーズにおける電気機器の駆動方法において、
電流を制御可能な抵抗により制限し、
前記制御可能な抵抗を、少なくとも1つの半導体スイッチ(46,48,50,52)により実現し、
該半導体スイッチ(46,48,50,52)を、タイミング制御された信号により駆動制御し、
該信号を、前記少なくとも1つの半導体スイッチ(46,48,50,52)がスイッチオフフェーズ(254,264)中、完全にはスイッチオフされないように調整することを特徴とする、
電気機器の駆動方法。 - 前記制御可能な抵抗を1つまたは複数の半導体スイッチ(46,48,50,52)により実現する、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記半導体スイッチ(46,48,50,52)を個別に駆動制御する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記半導体スイッチ(46,48,50,52)をパラレルに駆動制御する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記信号をデューティサイクルにより決定する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 前記信号を周波数により決定する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 駆動制御のための前記信号は低いエッジ急峻度を有する、請求項1から6のいずれか一項記載の方法。
- 装置例えば請求項1から7のいずれか一項記載の方法を実施するための装置において、
少なくとも1つの半導体スイッチ(46,48,50,52)と、
該少なくとも1つの半導体スイッチ(46,48,50,52)を駆動制御するための信号を供給する駆動制御回路(40,60)とを備え、
前記信号は、前記少なくとも1つの半導体スイッチ(46,48,50,52)がスイッチオフフェーズ中、完全にはスイッチオフされないよう調整されることを特徴とする装置。 - 1つの電力経路中に並列接続された複数の半導体スイッチ(46,48,50,52)が設けられている、請求項8記載の装置。
