‐スロットル本体を有し、スロットル本体は、流路の流れ面積を制御するようチャンバ内に回動可能に配置され、
‐流れ面積の制御のためにスロットル本体を回動させる回動手段を有する形式の装置に関する。
‐第2の流体が第1の入口から出口までチャンバ中を流れるようにするステップを有し、チャンバは、流路を包囲しており、
‐第1の流体をチャンバの第2の入口を経て第2の流体の流路に供給するステップを有し、第2の入口は、第1の入口の下流側に且つ出口の上流側に配置されており、
‐回動手段が流路中に配置されたスロットル本体を回動させて流路の流れ面積を制御するステップとを有する形式の方法に関する。
Claims (16)
- 第1の流体を第2の流体の流路(44)中に混入する装置であって、前記装置は、
‐チャンバ(12)を有し、前記チャンバは、前記流路(14)を包囲し、前記チャンバは、前記第2の流体を受け入れる第1の入口(13)と、前記第1の入口(13)の下流側に配置されていて、前記第1の流体を受け入れる第2の入口(15)と、前記第2の入口(15)の下流側に配置されていて、前記第1の流体と前記第2の流体の混合物を排出する出口(14)とを有し、前記流路(44)は、前記第1の入口(13)から前記出口(14)まで延び、前記第2の入口(15)は、前記流路(44)中に開口し、
‐スロットル本体(29)を有し、前記スロットル本体は、前記流路(44)の流れ面積を制御するよう前記チャンバ(12)内に回動可能に配置され、
‐前記流れ面積の制御のために前記スロットル本体(29)を回動させる回動手段(50,51)を有する、装置において、
前記回動手段(50,51)は、前記第2の入口(15)のところの前記第2の流体の流速を所定の範囲内に維持するために前記流れ面積が前記第2の流体の流量の減少につれて減少し、前記第2の流体の流量の増加につれて増加するよう前記スロットル本体(29)を回動させるようになっている、装置。 - 前記回動手段(50,51)は、前記第2の流体のあらゆる流量で前記第2の流体により前記スロットル本体(29)に及ぼされた第2のトルクを釣り合わせる第1のトルクを前記スロットル本体(29)に連続的に及ぼすようになっており、前記スロットル本体(29)は、前記第2の流体の流量の関数である平衡位置の近くに自動調整するようになっている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記スロットル本体(29)は、前記流路(44)の流れ方向を逸らす表面(30)を備え、前記流路中の第2の流体は、前記第1のトルクを生じさせるよう前記表面(30)と相互作用するようになっている、請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記スロットル本体(29)は、前記第2の入口(15)のところ又はそのすぐ上流側に配置されている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記スロットル本体(29)は、フラップ(29)から成り、前記フラップは、前記チャンバ(12)のところに回動可能に設けられた第1の端部(34)及び自由状態にある第2の端部(35)を有する、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の端部(34)は、アクスル(37)を介して前記チャンバ(12)のベース部分(11)のところに回動可能に配置されている、請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記第2の端部(35)は、前記第2の入口(15)と実質的に整列した状態に配置されている、請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記アクスル(37)に取り付けられた少なくとも1本の圧縮荷重が加えられたレバーアーム(48,49)を有する、請求項6又は7記載の装置。
- 前記回動手段は、空気圧シリンダ(50,51)を含み、前記空気圧シリンダは、前記レバーアーム(48,49)に加わる圧縮荷重を生じさせるようになっている、請求項8記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記出口(14)の下流側で前記出口(14)に連結された第2の導管(3)を有し、前記第2の導管(3)の断面積は、前記出口(14)の断面積よりも少なくとも50%大きい、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記スロットル本体(29)は、乱流発生手段(63)を備え、前記乱流発生手段は、前記第2の流体が前記スロットル本体(29)を出るときに前記第2の流体中への乱流の生成を促進するようになっている、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記スロットル本体(29)は、請求項5記載のフラップから成り、前記乱流発生手段は、細長く且つ平行な溝又は凹部(63)の形状を有し、前記溝又は凹部は、前記フラップ(29)の前記第2の端部(35)のところに設けられた状態で前記フラップ(29)の長手方向に延びている、請求項11記載の装置。
- 水蒸気をパルプ懸濁液中に混入するための請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置の使用。
- プロセス化学薬品をパルプ懸濁液中に混入するための請求項1〜12のうちいずれか一項に記載の装置の使用。
- 第1の流体を第2の流体の流路(44)中に混入する方法であって、
‐前記第2の流体が第1の入口(13)から出口(14)までチャンバ(12)中を流れるようにするステップを有し、前記チャンバ(12)は、前記流路(44)を包囲しており、
‐前記第1の流体を前記チャンバ(12)の第2の入口(15)を経て前記第2の流体の前記流路(44)に供給するステップを有し、前記第2の入口(15)は、前記第1の入口(13)の下流側に且つ前記出口(14)の上流側に配置されており、
‐回動手段(50,51)が前記流路(44)中に配置されたスロットル本体(29)を回動させて前記流路(44)の流れ面積を制御するステップとを有する、方法において、
‐前記回動手段(50,51)は、前記第2の入口(15)のところの前記第2の流体の流速を所定の範囲内に維持するために前記流れ面積が前記第2の流体の流量の減少につれて減少し、前記第2の流体の流量の増加につれて増加するよう前記スロットル本体(29)を回動させるようにする、方法。 - 前記回動手段(50,51)は、前記第2の流体のあらゆる流量で前記第2の流体により前記スロットル本体(29)に及ぼされた第2のトルクを釣り合わせる第1のトルクを前記スロットル本体(29)に連続的に及ぼすようになっており、前記スロットル本体(29)は、前記第2の流体の流量の関数である平衡位置の近くに自動調整するようになっている、請求項15記載の方法。
