Abstract
Description
・水を前処理及び滅菌して純粋な透過物にするステップと、
・前記透過物をオゾン処理して水をさらに滅菌するステップと、
・前記透過物を必要時間にわたり保持した後で脱オゾン処理して、オンラインの滅菌水(on line sterile water)を作製するステップと、
・少なくとも1つの生体利用可能な微量栄養素及び/又は殺菌剤(sanitizing agent)をオンラインで流水中に添加するステップと
を含む方法を提供する。
・濃縮物のブレンド時点で、脱オゾン処理済の透過物を用いて、それぞれ体積が最大1リットルである3つの対照飲料水のバッチを調製するステップであり、対照飲料水のうち2つは、ブレンド容器の異なるサンプリング地点からサンプリングした濃縮物由来のものでなくてはならないステップと、
・ブレンド時間中に、脱オゾン処理済の透過物を用いて各対照飲料水中のブレンド濃縮物を111倍の体積に希釈するステップと、
・バッチを適切に混合し安定化させるために撹拌するステップと、
・3つの対照飲料水のTDS値の平均である、バッチのTDSを測定するステップと
により測定される対照飲料水のパラメーターである。
原水を塩素処理により処理し、これを十分に長い時間タンク中に入れておき、消費用として微生物学的に安全なものとする。
オゾン化の前に、透過物は、大半のイオンを含めすべての構成成分が取り去られるRO膜に通してもよい。
次のステップでは、オゾン処理済の水を必要時間にわたり保持し紫外線式オゾン破壊ユニットに通した後で脱オゾン処理して、オンラインの滅菌水を作製する。
添加系の適切な殺菌には慎重を期さなければならない。
生産工程中に対照飲料水の調製基準と対比させてオンラインパラメーターをモニタリングすることは、対照飲料水のTDS(総溶解固形分)に従って運転するためのラインを設定することを含む。

・バッチを適切に混合し安定化させるために撹拌するステップと、
・3つの対照飲料水のTDS値の平均であり互いに一致する、バッチのTDSを測定するステップと
により測定される対照飲料水のパラメーターである。
したがって、前述の処理・強化水は、以下のパラメーターを順守していなければならない。

- 微量栄養素で栄養強化した処理水の調製の方法であって、
水を前処理及び滅菌して純粋な透過物にするステップと、
前記透過物をオゾン処理して水をさらに滅菌するステップと、
前記透過物を脱オゾン処理してオゾンを除去し、それによりオンラインの滅菌水を作製するステップと、
少なくとも1つの生体利用可能な微量栄養素及び/又は殺菌剤をオンラインで流水中に添加するステップと
を含む上記方法。 - 生産工程中に対照飲料水の調製基準と対比させてオンラインパラメーターをモニタリングするステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- オゾン化のステップの前に、透過物が、大半のイオンを含めすべての構成成分が取り去られるRO膜に場合により通される、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 対照飲料水のTDS同士のばらつきが大きい場合は、再サンプリングの前に15分間さらにブレンドする必要があることが示されている、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法により調製される、微量栄養素で栄養強化した処理水。
