Claims (8)
- 수돗물, 지하수, 기타 염분이 함유된 물을 원수로서 냉수 및 온수로 구분하여 공급받는 저수조, 상기 저수조에 저장된 원수를 여과하여 통과시키도록 입자상이나 섬유상을 단일형태 또는 그 이상이 직렬이나 병렬형태로 구성되는 활성탄여과기를 포함하여 이루어지는 전처리수단;상기 전처리수단의 활성탄여과기에서 이송된 물을 통과시켜 다가이온류나 유기성물질을 걸러내도록 나노여과기 또는 정밀여과기 또는 한외여과기가 장착되는 제1막분리기와 상기 제1막분리기에서 이송된 물을 투과시키되 역삼투압을 작용시켜 투과수 및 농축수로 분리하는 제2막분리기로 이루어지는 한편, 상기 제1막분리기 및 상기 제2막분리기는 스텐레스스틸 또는 폴리비닐디플루오라이드(PVDF) 또는 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌(PTFE) 재질로 형성되는 스페이서(spacer)가 각각 구비되는 막분리수단;상기 막분리수단에서 분리된 투과수가 음용수나 생활용수 등으로 공급되도록 후처리하는 투과수처리장치, 상기 막분리수단에서 분리된 농축수가 세안수나 건강수나 세척수나 세탁수로 공급되도록 후처리하는 농축수처리장치를 포함하여 이루어지는 후처리수단;으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 통합 정수처리시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 막분리수단은 대용량의 정수처리시설 등에서 안정적인 물공급을 하도록 상기 제1막분리기와 상기 제2막분리기의 사이에 전처리수조가 추가로 설치되는 한편 상기 제2막분리기를 투과하지 못하고 상기 농축수처리장치로 이송되는 농축수를 분기시켜 재차 상기 제2막분리기로 유입하여 투과수의 회수율을 높이도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 통합 정수처리시스템.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 투과수처리장치는 상기 제2막분리기에서 분리된 투과수가 수집되는 투과수조, 상기 투과수조에서 이송된 물을 통과시켜 음용수로 공급하도록 살균하는 자외선살균기, 상기 자외선살균기에서 이송된 순수(純水)한 물을 통과시켜 미네랄이 용출되고 물맛과 수소이온농도가 조정되도록 맥반석재질의 여재가 포함된 미네랄여과기, 상기 미네랄여과기에서 이송된 물을 통과시켜 여재 등의 파편을 걸러내는 정밀여과기, 상기 정밀여과기에서 이송된 물을 분리하여 식수용 온수로 공급하도록 저장하는 가온수조 및 식수용 냉수나 제빙수로 공급하도록 저장하는 냉수조가 구비되는 한편 상기 자외선살균기에서 이송되는 물을 분기시켜 샤워용 또는 화장실비데용 또는 가습기용 또는 세탁용 용수 등의 생활용수로 공급하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 통합 정수처리시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 냉수조는 스텐레스스틸 또는 금속성재질로 형성하되 이산화티타늄(TiO2)이나 은을 코팅하여 미생물 서식이 억제되도록 형성되는 한편 상기 가온수조의 온수를 공급받는 온수공급관과 상기 냉수조의 하부에서 상기 냉수조의 물을 배수하는 배수관과 상기 냉수조의 상부 덮개부에서 상기 냉수조내의 공기를 배출하는 자동공기배출기가 설치되고 상기 가온수조의 하부에 설치되어,상기 가온수조의 물이 중력에 의해 상기 온수공급관을 따라 유입되고 그 내부를 살균한 후 상기 배수관으로 배수되도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 통합 정수처리시스템.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 자외선살균기에서 분기되어 샤워용 용수를 공급하는 공급관에는 전기히터 또는 순간온수기가 장착된 온수조가 추가로 설치되는 한편 상기 온수조에는 ph(수소이온농도)측정계, 산화환원전위계(DRP meter), 전기전도도계(Conductivity meter), 유량계, 경보기, 온도지시계, 압력계 등의 각종 계측기가 설치되어 상기 온수조내의 샤워용 용수의 Ph, 산화환원전위, 전기전도도, 유량 등이 수동 또는 자동제어되도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 통합 정수처리시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 농축수처리장치는 상기 제2막분리기에서 분리된 농축수가 수집되는 농축수조, 상기 농축수조에서 이송된 물을 저장하고 전기분해하여 생성되는 수산화이온이 함유된 산성수는 세안수로 공급하고 금속이온이 함유된 알칼리수는 건강수로 공급하는 전기분해실이 구비되는 한편 상기 농축수조에서 저장된 물을 분기시켜 양변기수세를 위한 세척수 또는 세탁을 위한 중간과정 세탁수로 공급하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 다용도 통합 정수처리시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전처리수단과 상기 막분리수단과 상기 후처리수단을 구성하는 각 구성부품 사이에는 안정적인 물공급을 위한 펌프가 추가로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다용도 통합 정수처리시스템.
