Claims (15)
- 以下:

(c)工程(c)で得られたルフィナミドを任意で精製する工程
を含む、式Iのルフィナミドの調製プロセス。 - Rは、水素、メチル、またはエチルである、請求項1に記載の調製プロセス。
- 式Vの化合物は、2−ブロモアクリル酸、2−ブロモアクリル酸メチル、および2−ブロモアクリル酸エチルから選択される、請求項1に記載の調製プロセス。
- 工程(b)で調製される式VIの化合物は、1−(2,6−ジフルオロベンジル)−1H−1,2,3−トリアゾール−4−カルボン酸メチルである、請求項1に記載の調製プロセス。
- 以下:
(a)式IIIの化合物
と反応させる工程
を含む、式VIの化合物の調製プロセス。 - 式Vの化合物は、2−ブロモアクリル酸、2−ブロモアクリル酸メチル、および2−ブロモアクリル酸エチルから選択される、請求項5に記載の調製プロセス。
- 調製される化合物は、1−(2,6−ジフルオロベンジル)−1H−1,2,3−トリアゾール−4−カルボン酸メチルである、請求項5に記載の調製プロセス。
- 以下:
式IVの化合物
を含む、式Vの化合物の調製プロセス。 - Rは、水素、メチル、またはエチルである、請求項8に記載の調製プロセス。
- Rは、メチルである、請求項9に記載の調製プロセス。
- 臭素化試薬は、三臭化リン、三臭化アルミニウム、および臭素からなる群より選択される、請求項8に記載の調製プロセス。
- 臭素化試薬は臭素である、請求項11に記載の調製プロセス。
- 塩基は、炭酸ナトリウム、重炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、重炭酸カリウム、カリウムt−ブトキシド、およびトリエチルアミンからなる群より選択される、請求項8に記載の調製プロセス。
- 炭酸ナトリウムおよびトリエチルアミンを塩基として用いる、請求項13に記載の調製プロセス。
- 調製される化合物は、2−ブロモアクリル酸メチルである、請求項8に記載の調製プロセス。
