Claims (14)
- 回転軸(R)を中心に回転し超電導回転子巻線を備えた回転子体(2)と、回転子巻線(3、4)の冷却のために設けられ回転子体(2)上にほぼ半径方向に対向配置された少なくとも1対の冷却管ループ(3,4)を備えた冷却装置とを有し、極低温冷却材が回転軸(R)を中心とする回転子(2)の回転時に冷却管ループ(3、4)内を軸方向に第1の回転子軸端(201)からこれに対向する第2の回転子軸端(2)に搬送され
そこから戻される電気機械のための回転子において、冷却装置に1つまたは複数の接続管(6)が設けられ、この管が少なくとも1対の冷却管ループ(3、4)の一方の冷却管ループ(3)を他方の冷却管ループ(4)に接続することを特徴とする回転子。 - 回転子(2)が1対の冷却管ループ(3、4)を備えた2極回転子巻線を有するかまたは回転子が複数の極対を備えた回転子巻線と極対の数に対応する数の冷却管ループ(3、4)の対を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の回転子。
- 第1の回転子軸端(201)に冷却材貯留器(5)が設けられ、冷却管ループ(3、4)と接続されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の回転子。
- 少なくとも1つの接続管(6)が直線管片であり、少なくとも1対の冷却管ループ(3、4)の一方の冷却管ループ(3)から他方の冷却管ループ(4)に向かって半径方向に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の回転子。
- 少なくとも1つの接続管(6)が湾曲管片、特にほぼ半円型管片であることを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の回転子。
- 1対の冷却管ループ(3、4)用に2つの湾曲管片、ほぼ半円型の管片が接続管(6)として設けられ、特に2つのほぼ半円型の管片(6)が共同して1つの円を形成することを特徴とする請求項5記載の回転子。
- 1つまたは複数の接続管(6)が第2の回転子軸端(202)に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から6の1つに記載の回転子。
- 冷却管ループ(3、4)がU字形を成し、冷却材が回転子軸(R)を中心とする回転子(1)の回転時にU字形の脚(301、401)に沿って第1の回転子軸端(201)から第2の回転子軸端(202)に搬送され、そこから中間片(303、403)を介してU字形の他方の脚(302、402)に達し、第1の回転子軸端(201)に戻されることを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載の回転子。
- 接続管(6)が対向する1対の冷却管ループ(3、4)のU字形の中間片(303、403)を接続することを特徴とする請求項8記載の回転子。
- 少なくとも1つの冷却管ループ(3、4)に1つまたは複数の冷却材加熱手段が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1から9の1つに記載の回転子。
- 1つまたは複数の冷却材加熱手段が1つまたは複数の加熱素子(7)を有することを特徴とする請求項10記載の回転子。
- 1つまたは複数の冷却材加熱手段が熱絶縁内の1つまたは複数の熱漏洩箇所を有することを特徴とする請求項10または11記載の回転子。
- 1対の冷却管ループ(3、4)に対し専らこの対の一方の冷却管ループ(3、4)に1つまたは複数の冷却材加熱手段が設けられることを特徴とする請求項10から12の1つに記載の回転子。
- 電気機械が請求項1から13の1つに記載の回転子(1)を有することを特徴とする電気機械。
