Abstract
Description
図1に示されるセンサベースの監視システム10は、様々な座席、特に背もたれ14を有する運転席12を備えた車両の一部を表す。様々なセンサ18からなるアレイ16が、背もたれ14の背面側に一体化されている。これらのセンサ18は、座席12に位置する被験者の動きを検出するためのドップラーレーダセンサを備える。ドップラーレーダの原理によれば、運転者の呼吸によるこの運転者の胸郭の動きは、センサ18によって測定されるとともに監視される。この動きは異なる位置、すなわち、胸郭の高さによって異なるので、様々なセンサ18が、可能な限り良好に動きを監視するように配置される。アレイ16はさらに、座席12の変形を認識するために、静的加速度及び/又は動的加速度を検出するための加速度センサを備えることがある。図1には示されていないが、3つのセンサ18のみが示されている。しかし、センサの数が異なる場合がある。しかし図1には、様々なセンサ18(ドップラーレーダセンサのみならず加速度センサも含む)が、背もたれ14の幅に亘って広がっており、それによって、複数のセンサ18からなるアレイ16が、被験者が監視される運転者の背面における広い面積をカバーできる。
Claims (15)
- 複数のセンサからなるアレイを有するセンサベースの監視システムにおいて被験者を識別するための方法であって、:
センサアレイのセンサによって、被験者に関連付けられたセンサ信号を取得する取得ステップと;
該取得ステップにおいて取得されたセンサ信号から信号パターンが導出される、パターン抽出ステップと;
識別ステップであって、前記パターン抽出ステップにおいて導出された前記信号パターンが既定の信号パターンと比較され、既定の信号パターンの各々が被験者プロファイルに関連付けられており、被験者プロファイルに関連付けられた既定の信号パターンが、導出された信号パターンに一致する被験者プロファイルを識別する、前記識別ステップと;
を含む、
被験者識別方法。 - 前記識別ステップに続く構成ステップをさらに含み、
前記アレイは、前記被験者が監視される後続の監視ステップのために構成されており、
前記アレイが、識別された被験者プロファイルに従って構成される、
請求項1に記載の被験者識別方法。 - 前記構成ステップにおける前記アレイの構成が、前記監視ステップにおいて使用すべきアレイに含まれるセンサのサブセットの決定を含む、
請求項2に記載の被験者識別方法。 - レーダベースのセンサが、前記監視ステップにおいて使用されており、前記構成ステップにおける前記アレイの構成が、前記監視ステップにおいて前記レーダベースのセンサによって放射すべき放射パワーの決定を含む、
請求項2又は請求項3に記載の被験者識別方法。 - 前記監視ステップが、前記被験者に関連付けられたパラメータを使用する信号解析を含み、

請求項2乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の被験者識別方法。 - アプローチ検出ステップをさらに含み、該アプローチ検出ステップは、前記被験者がセンサに近づくか否かを検出するとともに、前記被験者が前記センサに近づくことを検出した場合に、前記センサが前記取得ステップを開始するようなステップを含む、
請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の被験者識別方法。 - 前記被験者がセンサから離れる方向に移動したことを同センサが検出したときに、前記監視ステップが終了する、
請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の被験者識別方法。 - 加速度センサが、前記取得ステップ及び前記監視ステップの一方又は両方において使用される、
請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の被験者識別方法。 - 学習ステップをさらに含み、該学習ステップは、前記センサアレイのセンサが、前記被験者に関連付けられたセンサ信号を取得し、この取得されたセンサ信号から信号パターンが導出され、この導出された信号パターンは、既定の信号パターンが被験者プロファイルに関連付けられるようにデータベースに格納されるようなステップを含む、
請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の被験者識別方法。 - 既定の信号パターンが、前記識別ステップにおいて導出された信号パターンと全く一致しない場合に、前記学習ステップが開始される、
請求項9に記載の被験者識別方法。 - 検証ステップをさらに含み、該検証ステップは、前記被験者が、識別された被験者プロファイルを検証するように要求され、被験者プロファイルに関連付けられた既定の信号パターンが、導出された信号パターンに一致する被験者プロファイルが識別された場合に、前記検証ステップが、前記識別ステップに後続するようなステップを含む、
請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の被験者識別方法。 - センサベースの監視システムにおいて被験者を識別するための被験者識別システムであって:
複数のセンサからなるアレイと;
前記アレイ内に含まれるセンサと通信するとともに、センサから信号データを受信するように設けられたセンサ制御部と;
前記信号データから信号パターンを導出するとともにこの導出された信号パターンと既定の信号パターンとを比較するために、前記センサ制御部から信号データを受信するように設けられた信号処理部と;
既定の信号パターンと該既定の信号パターンに関連付けされた被験者プロファイルとを格納するために設けられた格納部であって、該格納部は、前記信号処理部と通信する、前記格納部と;
を備える、
被験者識別システム。 - 前記アレイが、レーダセンサ及び加速度センサの一方又は両方を備える、
請求項12に記載の被験者識別システム。 - 前記アレイが、家具の一部に一体化されている、
