Abstract
【解決手段】電熱式炭材分解設備は、原料供給口2と排出口3とを有する密閉窯体1を含む。窯体1内に電熱手段4を設ける。電熱手段4と窯体1の内壁との間に炭材推進分解通路10が形成される。窯体1に炭材推進分解通路10に連通する石炭分解ガス収集管5を設ける。石炭分解ガス収集管5が窯体1の外に設けられたガス粉塵除去液化手段8に接続する。電熱手段4が窯体1に対して回動的に設置される。窯体1の内壁に回転推進手段6を設ける。電熱手段4によって生じる大量の熱が炭材推進分解通路10内における炭塵に伝導する。炭塵が熱を十分に吸収して温度が上昇し、炭物質推進分解通路10内において燃焼ガス、タールガス及び発熱量の高い石炭に分解する。燃焼ガス及びタールガスが石炭分解ガス収集管5を通じてガス粉塵除去液化手段8に入る。分解によって得られた燃焼ガス、タールガスが収集され、粉塵が除去され、分離され、加圧して液化される。

Claims (10)
- 原料供給口と排出口とを有する密閉窯体を含む電熱式炭材分解設備であって、
前記窯体内に電熱手段を設け、前記電熱手段と窯体の内壁との間に炭材推進分解通路が形成され、前記窯体に炭材推進分解通路に連通する石炭分解ガス収集管を設け、前記石炭分解ガス収集管が窯体の外に設けられたガス粉塵除去液化手段に接続し、前記電熱手段が窯体に対して回動的に設置され、前記窯体の内壁に回転推進手段を設ける、
ことを特徴とする電熱式炭材分解設備。 - 前記窯体の内壁に設けられた回転推進手段は分散板である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電熱式炭材分解設備。 - 前記電熱手段は、相互に接続する電源、窯内温度制御手段及び発熱放熱管を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電熱式炭材分解設備。 - 前記発熱放熱管にヒーターブランケットが設けられる、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電熱式炭材分解設備。 - 前記発熱放熱管と窯体の内壁との間に支持板が設けられる、
