Abstract
Description
ジイソシアネート−ポリエーテルポリオール−ジイソシアネート
で示されるブロックを有する。次いで、この中間体において、少なくとも1つの他のブロックまたは、構造:
−(ジオール−ジイソシアネート)n
〔式中、nは、4〜50であり、ジオールは、300g/モル未満の分子量を有するアルキレンジオールから選択される〕
で示される低分子量ジオール/ジイソシアネートをイソシアネート基へ反応させる。中間体は、上記ジイソシアネートと低分子量ジオールとの反応により反応させることができる。特定の実施態様では、脂肪族ジイソシアネート、好ましくは非対称ジイソシアネートを用いてNCOプレポリマーを製造する。
数平均分子量としての分子量Mn、ポリスチレン標準に対してGPCにより決定することができる;
ガラス転移温度TG、DSCにより測定;
環球法による軟化点、DIN52011;
引裂強度、極限伸び、25℃にて測定、EN ISO 1924;
粘度、ブルックフィールド粘度計で測定、スピンドル27、規定の温度にて、DIN ISO 2555;
1、6、7を調製し、約100℃へ加熱する。次いで真空を適用し、該混合物を<10ミリバールにて1時間脱水し、次いで窒素で通気した。次いで2を添加し、均質化する。3を触媒として添加する。撹拌を継続し、25分後にNCO価を0.57%にて決定する。
1、3、7、8を調製し、約100℃へ加熱する。次いで真空を適用し、該混合物を<10ミリバールにて1時間脱水し、次いで窒素で通気した。次いで2を添加し、均質化する。4を触媒として添加する。撹拌を継続し、25分後にNCO価を2.18%にて決定する。
1、7、8を調製し、約100℃へ加熱する。次いで真空を適用し、該混合物を<10ミリバールにて1時間脱水し、次いで窒素で通気した。次いで2(50%)を添加し、均質化する。3を触媒として添加する。撹拌を継続し、25分後にNCO価を0.93%にて決定する。

Claims (15)
- 放射線架橋性ホットメルト接着剤であって、少なくとも1つの放射線重合性反応性基を含有し、
A)1分子当たり2個または3個のNCO基を有するブロック構造を含む反応性PUプレポリマーであって、構造:
ジイソシアネート−ポリオール−ジイソシアネート
で示される1個のブロック、および構造:
(ジオール−ジイソシアネート)n
〔式中、
ポリオール=1000g/モルを超える分子量(MN)を有するジオールまたはトリオール、
ジオール=300g/モル未満の分子量を有するアルキレンジオール、および
n=4〜50〕
で示される少なくとも1つのブロックを含む反応性PUプレポリマーと、
B)20〜95モル%の、ラジカル重合性二重結合およびNCO基と反応する基を含有する少なくとも1つの低分子量化合物(B)と、
C)0〜50モル%の、少なくとも1つのNCO基と反応性の基を有するが、ラジカル条件下で重合性である基を有さない、32〜4000g/モルのモル質量を有する少なくとも1つの化合物(C)と、
D)5〜50モル%の第1級または第2級OH基を有する少なくとも1つのラジカル光開始剤(D)と
を反応させることにより製造され、%数はPUプレポリマーのNCO基と関連し、およびB、CおよびDの合計は100モル%となる、前記ホットメルト接着剤に対して35%を超えるポリウレタンポリマー、ならびに
必要に応じて更なるポリマーおよび/または補助物質を含有する、放射線架橋性ホットメルト接着剤。 - ポリオールは、1500〜50000g/モルのモル質量を有するポリエーテルポリオールである、請求項1に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- 脂肪族ジイソシアネートは、ジイソシアネートとして用いる、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- 非対称ジイソシアネートを用いる、請求項3に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- (メタ)アクリル酸のOH官能性エステルを低分子量化合物B)として用い、および/または第1級OH基を有するラジカル光開始剤(D)を用いる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載にホットメルト接着剤。
- 2〜35モル%の単官能性または二官能性アルコールを化合物(C)として用いる、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- ジオールは、62〜200g/モルの分子量を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- nは、5および20の間である、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- 更なる熱可塑性ポリマーを含み、該熱可塑性ポリマーは、ポリエステル、ポリエーテル、ポリアミドまたはポリオレフィンに基づく、必要に応じてビニル基をも含有する熱可塑性ポリマーから選択され、および/または樹脂、安定剤、可塑剤および更なる光開始剤から選択される補助物質を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- 遊離光開始剤を含まない、請求項9に記載のホットメルト接着剤。
- 接着弾性フィルムを製造するための、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の放射線架橋性ホットメルト接着剤の使用。
- 不織基材をフィルムで、または2つの不織基材を互いに接着するための、請求項11に記載の放射線架橋性ホットメルト接着剤の使用。
- 感圧接着剤層を有するラベル、テープ、フィルム、包帯および石こうを被覆するための、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の放射線架橋性ホットメルト接着剤の使用。
- 1つの基材を、請求項1〜10に記載の接着剤で被覆し、そこに第2基材を接着し、次いで接着剤層を、化学線での照射により架橋し、照射を1つの基材層より行う、不織基材を接着するための方法。
- 紫外線を用いる、請求項14に記載の方法。
