Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の一側面による波力発電装置は、波により揺動する上部構造体と、水線面の下方に設置され、上部構造体を回転可能に支持する下部構造体と、上部構造体または下部構造体のうちのいずれかに設けられ、上部構造体の回転時に発生する運動エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換する発電部と、上部構造体に設けられ、波の周期と上部構造体の揺動する周期とを調整するために上部構造体の重心を移動させる重心移動部と、を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (12)
- 波により揺動する上部構造体と、
水線面の下方に設置され、前記上部構造体を回転可能に支持する下部構造体と、
前記上部構造体または前記下部構造体のうちのいずれかに設けられ、前記上部構造体の回転時に発生する運動エネルギーを電気エネルギーに変換する発電部と、
前記上部構造体に設けられ、前記波の周期と前記上部構造体の揺動する周期とを調整するために前記上部構造体の重心を移動させる重心移動部と、
を含む波力発電装置。 - 前記発電部の駆動軸は、前記上部構造体のピボット(pivot)軸に連結されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記上部構造体のピボット軸と前記発電部の駆動軸との間に設けられた減/加速器をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記上部構造体の重心は、前記上部構造体の浮力中心よりも低く位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記上部構造体の側面は、上部から下部に行くほど幅が増加し、前記上部構造体のピボット軸から下部に行くほど幅が細くなる水滴形状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記重心移動部は、
前記上部構造体で上下に設けられた回転軸と、
前記回転軸の一側に設けられた重量体と、
前記回転軸を回転させて前記重量体を昇降させる駆動部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の波力発電装置。 - 前記重心移動部は、
前記上部構造体で上下に設けられ、一側にギアー部が形成されたロッドと、
前記ロッドの他側に設けられた重量体と、
前記ロッドのギアー部に噛み合って前記重量体が昇降するように前記ロッドを移動させる回転ギアーと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の波力発電装置。 - 前記重心移動部は、
前記上部構造体の内部に設けられたアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータの一側に設けられ、前記アクチュエータにより昇降する重量体と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の波力発電装置。 - 前記重心移動部は、
前記上部構造体の内部に設けられたバラストタンク(ballast tank)と、
前記バラストタンクに連結され、バラスト水(ballast water)を供給または排出するバラストポンプ(ballast pump)と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の波力発電装置。 - 前記波力発電装置を水線面に対して一定の高さで維持するための支持部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記支持部材は、海底面に設置され、前記下部構造体に連結される少なくとも一つのワイヤを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の波力発電装置。
- 前記支持部材は、海底面に固定設置され、前記下部構造体に設けられる支柱を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の波力発電装置。
