Description
(a)Mは、元素周期表のIIA、IIIB、IVB、VB、VIB、VIIB、VIII、IB及びIIB族から選択される遷移金属であり、
(b)-C1及び-C2は、Mとπ結合した単環式又は多環式のアリール炭化水素配位子であり、C1及び-C2は同じ又は異なり、各-C1又は-C2は各々0から5の置換基Rを含み、各置換基Rは同じ又は異なり、前記置換基Rを、
(i)置換された又は置換されていない、配位子-C1及び-C2に融合した又は融合していない、部分的不飽和、不飽和又は芳香族のC3−C8、好ましくはC3−C6の単環式又は多環式の環状構造と、
(ii)置換された又は置換されていない、部分的不飽和又は不飽和の、直鎖又は分岐したC3−C8、好ましくはC3−C6の脂環式ヒドロカルビルラジカルと、
(iii)置換された又は置換されていない、直鎖又は分岐したC1−C8、好ましくはC1−C6の飽和ヒドロカルビルラジカルと、
のなかから選択し、ここで-C1及び-C2は独立しており又は少なくとも一つの置換基Rを介して結合しており、
(c)-LはMとσ結合した配位子であり、nは0から3に等しい整数であり、各-Lは、単独で、一価の配位子である。

ここで、Xはハロゲン原子であり、Rは、直鎖若しくは分岐したC1−C8、好ましくはC1−C6のアルキル、アルケニル基、又はC3−C8の脂環式若しくは芳香族基である。
本発明に係るプロセスは、原子H/C比が少なくとも0.25である炭素質原料をアップグレードするために使用してもよい。
1.Analytical Controlsから入手可能なA C5−C28混合物(AC partno.:59.50.101A)
2.Analytical Controlsから入手可能なA C30−C120混合物(AC partno.:59.50.100B)
真空残油の水素化変換及び水素化処理を実施した。試験した真空残油は以下の特性を示す。
真空残油の水素化変換について、活性触媒相の前駆体としてのフェロセンとオクタン酸鉄を比較するために、試験シリーズが実施された。
真空残油の水素化変換について、活性触媒相の前駆体としてのビス(シクロペンタジエニル)モリブデン二塩化物とMo−オクタン酸塩を比較するために、試験が実施された。
同じ試験が、触媒を使用せずにかつ常圧残油のブレンドを用いて行われた。この原料の組成を表12に示す。原料は、温度420.5℃で30分間処理された。
Claims (14)
- 活性スラリー触媒相を用いて低品質の炭化水素原料を水素化変換するためのプロセスであって、前記活性スラリー触媒相を、化学式C1C2MLn(I)を有する有機金属配位化合物を少なくとも一つ含む前駆体組成物から取得し、ここで、
(a)Mは、元素周期表のIIA、IIIB、IVB、VB、VIB、VIIB、VIII、IB及びIIB族から選択される遷移金属であり、
(b)-C1及び-C2は、Mとπ結合した単環式もしくは多環式のアリール炭化水素配位子であり、C1及び-C2は同じ又は異なり、各-C1又は-C2は0から5の置換基Rを含み、各置換基Rは同じ又は異なり、前記置換基Rを、
(i)置換された又は置換されていない、配位子-C1及び-C2に融合した又は融合していない、部分的不飽和、不飽和又は芳香族のC3−C8の単環式又は多環式の環状構造と、
(ii)置換された又は置換されていない、部分的不飽和又は不飽和の、直鎖又は分岐したC3−C8の脂環式ヒドロカルビルラジカルと、
(iii)置換された又は置換されていない、直鎖又は分岐したC1−C8の飽和ヒドロカルビルラジカルと、
のなかから選択し、ここで-C1及び-C2は、独立しており又は少なくとも一つの置換基Rを介して結合しており、
(c)-LはMとσ結合した配位子であり、nは0から3に等しい整数であり、各-Lは、単独で、一価の配位子である
ことを特徴とするプロセス。 - 各前記C1又はC2は、0から5の置換基Rを有するC5−C8単環式ポリエン配位子であり、各置換基Rは同じ又は異なり、Rは請求項1で定義したものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 各前記C1又はC2は、0から5の置換基Rを有するシクロペンタジエン配位子であり、各置換基Rは同じ又は異なり、Rは請求項1で定義したものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記-Lは、水素化物(-L=-H)、ハロゲン化物(-L=-F,-Cl,-Br,-I)、シアン化物(-L=-CN)、アルコキシド(-L=-OR)、チオレート(-L=-SR)、アミド(-L=-NR2)、リン化物(-L=-PR2)、アルキル(-L=-CH2R又はその他)、アルケニル(-L=-CHCHR)、アルキニル(-L=-CCR)、アシル(-L=-COR)、イソシアン化物(-L=-CNR)、ニトロシル(-L=-NO)、ジアゼニド(-L=-NNR)、イミド(-L==NR)、L=-ER3又は-EX3(ここでE=Si,Ge,Sn)、-L=-PR3, -PX3, -AsR3, -SbR3、アミン類、L=ER2(ここでE=O,S,Se,Te)から選択し、ここで、Xはハロゲン原子であり、Rは直鎖若しくは分岐したC1−C8、好ましくはC1−C6のアルキル、アルケニル基、又はC3−C8の脂環式若しくは芳香族基であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記Mを、元素周期表のIIA、IIB、IIIB、IVB、VB、VIB、VIIB及びVIII族から選択することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記Mを、Fe、V及びMoから選択することを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記前駆体組成物が、少なくとも一つの界面活性剤及び/又は少なくとも一つの促進剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記前駆体組成物が溶媒を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜8の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記溶媒が炭化水素化合物であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のプロセス。
- 前記プロセスが硫化剤を用いて前記前駆体組成物を硫化する工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記硫化する工程を、処理する原料の中に前記前駆体を導入する前に実施する又は処理する原料の中に前記前駆体を導入した後に実施することを特徴とする請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 前記低品質の炭化水素原料の原子H/C比が少なくとも0.25であることを特徴とする請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記低品質の炭化水素原料を、常圧残油、真空残油、脱れきに由来するピッチ、脱れき油、ビスブレイクされた流出物、シェール油、バイオマス事前熱分解、バイオマス事前水温処理、石炭、遅延型コークス器からの石油コークス、タイヤ、ポリマー、道路ビチューメンから選択することを特徴とする請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
