Claims (10)
- 内燃機関の燃焼室内の燃焼室圧を検出する装置であって、少なくとも1つのハウジング(124)と、前記ハウジング(124)内に収容される調整要素(142)と、前記ハウジング(124)内に配置される機械電気的変換要素(136)と、を備え、前記調整要素(126)は、圧力変換器(116)及び少なくとも1つの伝達要素(156)と作動的に接合され、及び、前記ハウジング(124)と接合された不動要素(144)と、可動要素(146)と、を備え、前記可動要素(146)に前記圧力変換器(116)が係合し、前記可動要素(146)は、前記燃焼室圧により前記圧力変換器(116)に対して加えられた力を、少なくとも部分的に前記機械電気的変換要素(136)に伝達するよう構成される、前記装置において、前記不動要素(144)と前記可動要素(146)との間には、環形状に実現された可撓性を有するウェブ(147)が形成されることを特徴とする、装置。
- 前記可撓性を有するウェブ(147)は、内部空間(132)に対する隔壁を形成する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記可動要素(146)は、前記圧力変換器(116)のための燃焼室側の収容部と、前記伝達要素(156)のための内部空間側の収容部と、を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記可動要素(146)は基本的に、燃焼室側の開口部と内部空間側の開口部とを備えたスリーブ(148)の形状を有する、請求項1〜3に記載の装置。
- 前記燃焼室側の開口部には燃焼室側の端面が形成され、前記内部空間側の開口部には内部空間側の端面が形成され、前記燃焼室側の端面は、前記圧力変換器(116)のための第1の支持面(152)を形成し、前記内部空間側の端面は、前記伝達要素(156)のための第2の支持面(155)を形成する、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記圧力変換器(116)は内部空間側の肩部(153)を有し、前記内部空間側の肩部(153)により、前記圧力変換器(116)は前記第1の支持面(152)上で支持され、前記伝達要素(156)は燃焼室型の肩部(160)を有し、前記燃焼室型の肩部(160)により、前記伝達要素(156)は前記第2の支持面(155)上で支持される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記伝達要素(156)は、熱機械的応力の少なくとも部分的な補正のための補正体として構成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記ハウジング(124)は、少なくとも1つの外部ハウジング(126)と、前記外部ハウジング(126)により少なくとも部分的に包囲される内部ハウジング(128)と、を有し、前記内部ハウジング(128)は、固定要素(140)と接合される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の装置。
- 前記内部ハウジング(128)は、内部ハウジング壁(130)により、前記調整要素(142)の前記不動要素(144)と固定的に接合され、前記機械電気的変換要素(136)は、前記固定要素(140)上で支持される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 前記可動要素(146)と前記固定要素(140)との間の前記センサモジュール(132)にはプレストレスが掛かっている、請求項9に記載の装置。
