Claims (9)
- 金属製の製品(2)、特に連続鋳造されたスラブ、ビレットまたはブロックを研削する研削機(1)であって、
該研削機(1)は少なくとも2つの研削装置(3,4)を備え、各研削装置(3,4)は、研削ユニット(7,8)用の保持体(5,6)を有し、研削ユニットは、駆動される少なくとも1つの研削ディスク(9,10)を有する、金属製の製品(2)を研削する研削機(1)において、
前記研削装置(3,4)の前記研削ディスク(9,10)は、直接に隣り合って、水平方向に間隔を置き互いに対して平行に延びている回転軸線(A,B)を備えて、配置されていることを特徴とする、金属製の製品を研削する研削機。 - 前記各保持体(5,6)は、前記研削ディスク(9,10)の前記回転軸線(A,B)に対して平行に延びかつ該回転軸線(A,B)に対して間隔(a,b)を有する軸線(C,D)を中心として旋回可能に支承されている、請求項1記載の研削機。
- 前記保持体(5,6)の前記旋回軸線(C,D)と、前記研削ディスク(9,10)の前記回転軸線(A,B)との間の間隔(a,b)を調節することができる手段(13)が設けられている、請求項2記載の研削機。
- 前記間隔(a,b)を調節する前記手段(13)は、偏心体を有する、請求項3記載の研削機。
- 各保持体(5,6)は、リニアガイドを有し、該リニアガイドにより前記研削ディスク(9,10)は、前記研削ディスク(9,10)の前記回転軸線(A,B)に対して垂直方向に移動され得る、請求項1記載の研削機。
- 各研削装置(3,4)は、前記金属製の製品(2)に前記研削ディスク(9,10)の規定された押付け力(F)を加える押圧装置(14)を備え、該押圧装置(14)は、特に研削圧シリンダ−ピストン−システムを有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の研削機。
- 前記研削装置(3,4)全体は、前記研削ディスク(9,10)の前記回転軸線(A,B)に対して垂直に、かつ鉛直方向に配置された軸線(E)を中心として旋回可能であり、前記旋回軸線(E)は、有利には前記研削ディスク(9,10)の領域に、特に前記研削装置(3,4)に設けられた前記研削ディスク(9,10)の間に位置している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の研削機。
- 前記研削装置(3,4)の前記研削ディスク(9,10)は、互いに異なる粒度および/または構造を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の研削機。
- 前記研削ディスク(9,10)は、駆動モータ(11,12)によって、伝動装置またはその他のエレメントの介在なしに直接駆動される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の研削機。
