Claims (10)
- 周期的に冷媒が収着又は脱着される吸着剤(2)が配置され、少なくとも部分的に復水器(3)を取り囲んで形成されている容積エリア(1)を含む真空収着装置であって、その際前記復水器(3)が前記容積エリア(1)の外壁(4)及び別の囲み壁(5)によって区切られている真空収着装置において、選択的に前記外壁(4)及び/又は前記囲み壁(5)が復水器の流れ隙間幅を定義するために、それぞれ他の壁(4、5)に向かってエンボシング(6)が備えられていることを特徴とする、真空収着装置。
- 前記エンボシング(6)によって定義された隙間が、前記外壁(4)と前記囲み壁(5)の間に2mm未満の幅で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の真空収着装置。
- 前記エンボシング(6)が前記囲み壁(5)上に均一に配置され、及び10mm〜40mm、好ましくは20mm〜30mm、互いに離れて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の真空収着装置。
- 前記エンボシング(6)がかまぼこ型に形成され、及び好ましくは直径が1mm〜2mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の真空収着装置。
- 前記容積エリア(1)の前記外壁(4)及び前記囲み壁(5)が円筒形に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の真空収着装置。
- 前記円筒形に形成された前記囲み壁(5)の少なくとも1つの端部に集液ケース(7)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の真空収着装置。
- 前記集液ケース(7)が、前記囲み壁(5)の材料から一体に及び好ましくはビーディング状に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の真空収着装置。
- 前記集液ケース(7)のところに接続部(8)が選択的に流体の供給又は排出のために備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7に記載の真空収着装置。
- 前記集液ケース(7)のところの前記接続部(8)が周囲の長さに関して互いにずらされて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の真空収着装置。
- 前記囲み壁(5)が、前記エンボシング(6)を備えた前もって作られた構成部品として、及び好ましくは少なくとも1つの前記集液ケース(7)が前記エンボシング(6)なしに形成された前記外壁(4)上にスライド可能に、形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のうちのいずれか一項に記載の真空収着装置。
