Claims (11)
- 特に少なくとも1.5kWの電力を含む高電力用途のための電気コネクタシステムであって、対応する相手側コネクタ(30)に結合されるための第1のコネクタ(20)を備えており、切り替えの際に電源を動作させるために設計上の信号回路に接続されるように適合されている前記電気コネクタシステムにおいて、
前記電気コネクタシステムが、前記第1のコネクタ(20)に設けられているコネクタ位置保証(CPA)部品(10)を備えており、
前記CPA部品(10)が移動可能とされ、これにより、前記第1のコネクタが前記相手側コネクタに正確に結合されていない場合には、端位置に到達不可能であり、前記電源を動作させるために前記端位置に配置された場合には、前記CPA部品が前記信号回路と相互作用することを特徴とする電気コネクタシステム。 - 切り替え装置(14,16)が、前記信号回路を切り替えるように適合されており、
前記CPA部品が、前記切り替え装置(14,16)と物理的に相互作用するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気コネクタシステム。 - 前記切り替え装置(14,16)が、
マイクロスイッチ;
前記信号回路に組み込まれている電気接点であって、前記電気接点が互いに電気的に接触した場合に前記信号回路をクローズする2つの前記電気接点;及び
可変抵抗体
のうち少なくとも1つを備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電気コネクタシステム。 - 前記信号回路が、2つの電気接点(16)を備えており、
前記CPA部品が、2つの前記電気接点(16)同士を接続させることによって前記信号回路を動作させるように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電気コネクタシステム。 - 前記電気コネクタシステムが、少なくとも1つの電磁的に遮蔽している電磁シールド要素(44)と、少なくとも1つの電気的に遮蔽されている導体(40)とを備えており、
少なくとも1つの前記電磁シールド要素(44)が、組み立てられた状態において前記電気コネクタシステム全体に亘って、少なくとも1つの電磁的に遮蔽されている前記導体(40)を連続的に遮蔽するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電気コネクタシステム。 - 少なくとも1つの前記電磁シールド要素(44)が、スリーブの形態とされ、
前記CPA部品(10)と前記信号回路とが、少なくとも1つの電磁シールドスリーブ(44)の外側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気コネクタシステム。 - 少なくとも1つの前記電磁シールドスリーブ(44)が、別の接触バネ部材(45)を必要とせずに、少なくとも1つの電磁的に遮蔽されている前記導体(40)のシールド(46)に電気的に接続されるように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電気コネクタシステム。
- 少なくとも1つの前記電磁シールド要素(44)が、組み立てられた状態において、10kHz〜5MHzの範囲において40dBより大きい、好ましくは55dBより大きい、最も好ましくは70dBより大きい遮蔽と、5MHz〜500MHzの範囲において40dBより大きい、好ましくは55dBより大きい、最も好ましくは65dBより大きい遮蔽とを前記電気コネクタシステム全体に亘って連続的に提供することを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電気コネクタシステム。
- 前記電気コネクタシステムが、湿気に対して前記電気コネクタシステムを密封するように適合されているシール要素(12,23,42)を備えており、
前記第1のコネクタと前記相手側コネクタとが結合された場合に、少なくとも1つの前記電磁シールド要素(44)全体が、前記電気コネクタシステムの密封された領域内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電気コネクタシステム。 - 前記電気コネクタシステムが、10Aより大きい、好ましくは25Aより大きい、最も好ましくは50Aより大きい電流を伝送するように、及び/又は、1.5kWより大きい、好ましくは10kWより大きい、より好ましくは20kWより大きい、さらにより好ましくは30kWより大きい、さらにより好ましくは40kWより大きい、最も好ましくは50kWより大きい電力を伝送するように適合されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の電気コネクタシステム。
- 相手側コネクタ(30)と信号回路とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の、高電力用途のための電気コネクタシステム。
