Claims (5)
- 力計(2)がセル結合体(1)の中に組み込まれて配置されていることを特徴とする、並列又は直列に電気的に相互接続された規定数の個別セルを備えるセル結合体(1)。
- 前記力計(2)が、ロードセルとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセル結合体(1)。
- 前記力計(2)が、抵抗線ひずみゲージとして形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のセル結合体(1)。
- 前記力計(2)が、前記セル結合体(1)の正面のセンタに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のセル結合体(1)。
- 前記力計(2)が、極プレート(4.2)とプレッシャプレート(12)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のセル結合体(1)。
