Claims (12)
- 異なる融点を有する2つの金属板の接着接合方法であり、前記金属板の一方のエンドプレートは軽金属材料、特にアルミニウム素材を有し、他方の接続プレートは鉄及び/又はチタン素材を有しており、前記接続プレートの突き合わせ部の互いに傾斜している突き合わせ面の少なくとも1つに、好ましくは亜鉛又はアルミニウムベースのコーティングが少なくとも部分的に設けられており、前記方法の場合、両方の前記金属板は、互いに接触した状態で、前記軽金属ベース上、特に前記アルミニウムベース上に溶加材を使用することで、前記金属板の共通のジョイントに沿ってブレイズ溶接により接合される方法であって、
接合の前に、前記接続プレート(2)のコーティングされた前記突き合わせ部(3)の少なくとも一部を収容するための凹部(10)が、前記エンドプレート(1)の前記突き合わせ部(4)に取り付けられ、接合する際、前記接続プレート部品の前記コーティング(9)を覆う前記凹部(10)の一方の凹部側面(11又は12)が少なくとも部分的にブレイズ溶接されることを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記エンドプレート(1)において、両方の前記凹部側面(11及び12)が、接合時に、部分的に前記接続プレート(2)の前記突き合わせ部(3)の両方の前記突き合わせ面(3’、3”)を覆うように、凹部(10)が取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記凹部(10)が、前記エンドプレート(1)の前記突き合わせ部の中に圧入されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記エンドプレート(1)の前記突き合わせ部(4)が、両方の前記凹部側面(11及び12)のために切り込まれ、これらの前記凹部側面(11及び12)の少なくとも1つが前記凹部(10)のために折り曲げられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記接続プレート(2)の前記突き合わせ部(3)が特にV字型の前記凹部(10)の中に圧入され、この前記凹部(10)が少なくとも部分的に広げられることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載の方法。
- 前記接続プレート(2)の突き合わせ面(13、14)に波形の変化が付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 接合の際に、互いに接触する前記金属板(1及び2)が、冷却可能な、互いに離された掴み部(17、18)の中に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 共通の接合領域(6)を作るために、両方の前記凹部側面(11及び12)にわたって同時にブレイズ溶接が行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 異なる融点を有する2つの金属板(1及び2)を備える工作物であり、該金属板の一方のエンドプレート(1)は軽金属材料、特にアルミニウム素材を有し、他方の接続プレート(2)は鉄及び/又はチタン素材を有し、両方の前記金属板(1及び2)は、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一項に記載の方法により接着接合によって接合される、工作物。
- ブレイズ溶接法のために、軽金属材料、特にアルミニウム材料を有し、接触させる接続プレート(2)の突き合わせ部を収容するために凹部側面(11及び12)が折り曲げられている凹部(10)を備える金属板(1)の使用。
- 前記金属板(1、2)の位置を調整し、接触させるために前記金属板(1、2)をそれぞれ保持している保持部、特に掴み具(17、18)と、両方の前記金属板(1、2)の接着接合のための少なくとも1つのアーク(8)を有するバーナー(7)と、を備える、請求項8に記載の方法を実施するための装置であり、
向かい合うプレート面(19、20)にそれぞれ配置されている少なくとも2つの前記バーナー(7)の前記アーク(8)が、前記ジョイントの共通の接合領域(6)の方に向けられていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記アーク(8)が前記エンドプレート(1)の前記凹部側面(11、12)の方に向けられていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
