Description
これらのうち、アルミニウム、ケイ素、鉄、及びリンの化合物がポゾラン材料中に見られ、これらはルイス酸の性質を有するため、石灰の硬化剤及び固化剤として機能することが知られていることに特に留意すべきである。
本発明について述べてきたが、本発明の範囲は、上記又は以下の記載もしくは特許請求の範囲における特徴の発明的組み合わせを含む。
水硬性石灰の試験は、英国規格BS 196:2005とともにBS EN459:2001で定義されている。この規格は、固化時の硬化時間並びに曲げ強度及び圧縮強度の測定値を評価することにより、モルタル混合物中の水硬性石灰の相対的性能を決定しクラス分けするものである。
モルタル試料の組成を表2に示す。
Claims (21)
- BET窒素多孔度測定法にて測定した場合の表面積が2〜1000m2g−1、及び平均粒径が0.1〜1000μmであるポゾラン材料を1〜20重量%含む水硬性石灰組成物。
- 前記ポゾラン材料又はその水和種もしくは塩の水への溶解度が0.2gL−1未満である請求項1に記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- 前記ポゾラン材料を12重量%未満、好ましくは10重量%未満含む、請求項1又は2に記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- 前記ポゾラン材料の表面積は、50〜800m2g−1、好ましくは50〜600m2g−1である請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- アルミニウム、鉄、リン、カリウム、及びナトリウムを含有する化合物を実質的に非含有である請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- 前記ポゾラン材料は、ケイ素、チタン、又はジルコニウムの酸化物、水酸化物、塩、及び酸からなる群から選択される1つ以上の化合物を含む請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- 前記ポゾラン材料は、乾燥ベースで75%を超えるMO2を含み、式中、MはSi、Ti、又はZr、又はこれらの少なくとも部分的に中和された塩、又はこれらの混合物である請求項6に記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- 前記ポゾラン材料は、ケイ酸、水酸化ケイ素、酸化ケイ素、及びケイ素を含有する塩からなる群から選択される1つ以上の化合物を含む請求項6又は7に記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- 前記ポゾラン材料は、1つ以上の合成ケイ素化合物を含む請求項8に記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- 前記ポゾラン材料は、沈殿又はゲル化により調製される1つ以上の合成ケイ素化合物を含む請求項9に記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- 前記ポゾラン材料は、天然のケイ素含有材料を化学処理、熱処理、又はその他の物理的処理を行うことにより調製される1つ以上の合成ケイ素化合物を含む請求項9に記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- 前記天然のケイ素含有材料は、石英又は粘土又はウォラストナイト又はこれらの混合物である請求項11に記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- 前記合成ケイ素化合物は、ケイ酸、水酸化ケイ素、酸化ケイ素、及びケイ素を含有する塩からなる群から選択される請求項9から12のいずれか一つに記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- 前記ポゾラン材料は非晶質である請求項1から13のいずれか一つに記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- 前記ポゾラン材料の平均粒径が0.1〜100μmである請求項1から14のいずれか一つに記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- 前記ポゾラン材料の平均細孔直径が、BET窒素多孔度測定法にて測定される場合、0.5×10−9mよりも大きい請求項1から15のいずれか一つに記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- 硫酸カルシウムを実質的に非含有である請求項1から16のいずれか一つに記載の水硬性石灰組成物。
- モルタル又はプラスター配合物中での、請求項1に記載の水硬性石灰組成物の使用。
- モルタル又はプラスター配合物中でのポゾラン材料の使用であって、前記ポゾラン材料は、BET窒素多孔度測定法で測定される場合の表面積が2〜1000m2g−1であり、かつ平均粒径が0.1〜1000μmである、使用。
- 水硬性石灰組成物の調製方法であって、
BET窒素多孔度測定法で測定される場合の表面積が2〜1000m2g−1であり、かつ粒径が0.1〜1000μmであるポゾラン材料を提供する工程と、
前記ポゾラン材料を、i)水酸化カルシウム、又はii)水酸化カルシウムと酸化カルシウムの混合物、又はiii)スレーキング前に酸化カルシウム、又はiv)焼成前に炭酸カルシウムとブレンドする工程と、を含み、
前記ブレンドする工程は、前記水硬性石灰組成物が1〜20重量%の前記ポゾラン材料を含有するように実施される方法。 - 本明細書中に実質的に記載されている水硬性石灰組成物、使用又は方法。
