Claims (10)
- 光起電力的に活性な領域と光起電力的に不活性な領域とを備える基部を備え、電磁シフトを伴うか又は伴わない少なくとも1つの散乱要素が、前記基部の少なくとも1つの光起電力的に不活性な領域の上に配置される太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの散乱要素に加えて、前記少なくとも1つの光起電力的に不活性な領域の上に追加の散乱要素が配置される、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 電磁シフトを伴う前記少なくとも1つの散乱要素が蛍光顔料(54,92)の形式で実現され、電磁シフトを伴わない前記少なくとも1つの散乱要素がランバート散乱体(86)の形式で実現される、請求項1又は2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光起電力的に不活性な領域が、少なくとも1つの少なくとも光学的に及び/又は電気的に不活性な領域を備えることができる、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光起電力的に不活性な領域が、電池接続要素(44)、接触フィンガ要素、少なくとも1つの太陽電池(48,82)の隣に配置されたスペース(84)、及び/又は、単に電力を奪う影になった太陽電池26として実現される、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 電磁シフトを伴う前記少なくとも1つの散乱要素が、入射電磁放射線(72,94)のスペクトルをシフトさせるため、通常は光子を吸収するため、及びそれらを異なる波長で放出するために設計される、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記基部の前記少なくとも1つの光起電力的に不活性な領域と、前記光起電力的に不活性な領域の上に配置された前記少なくとも1つの散乱要素とが、どちらも光学的に透明な材料(50,52,88,90)の領域内に埋め込まれる、前記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光起電力的に不活性な領域が埋め込まれたプラスチックからなる第1の透明材料(50,88)と、前記第1の透明材料上に配置されたガラスからなる第2の透明材料とを備え、前記少なくとも1つの散乱要素が、前記透明材料(52,90)のうちの少なくとも1つの前記領域内に配置される、請求項7に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 太陽電池モジュール(46,80)を製造するための方法であって、光起電力的に活性な領域及び光起電力的に不活性な領域を備える基部が、太陽電池モジュール(46,80)に提供され、電磁シフトを伴うか又は伴わない少なくとも1つの散乱要素が、前記基部の少なくとも1つの光起電力的に不活性な領域の上に配置される方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの散乱要素に加えて、追加の散乱要素が、前記少なくとも1つの光起電力的に不活性な領域上に配置される、請求項9に記載の方法。
