Claims (10)
- 火炎信号受信機(1)、火炎信号通路(11)および火炎信号送信機構を備える火炎検出装置であって、前記火炎信号通路(11)が、炉シェル(12)を貫通して前記炉の内側へと通っており、炉の外側の通路部分(11a)および炉の内側の通路部分(11b)を含み、耐圧光学機構(10)が、前記炉の外側の通路部分(11a)の最端部に配置され、前記耐圧光学機構(10)が、密封式にかつ透過的に前記火炎信号受信機(1)を前記火炎信号通路(11)から隔て、前記炉の内側の通路部分(11b)には、冷却機構(19)が設けられることを特徴とする、火炎検出装置。
- 前記炉の外側の通路部分(11a)には、その一方側に保護ガス入口(18)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の火炎検出装置。
- 前記装置が、前記耐圧光学機構(10)と前記炉の外側の通路部分(11a)との間に配置された弁機構(9)をさらに備え、前記弁機構(9)が、開いたとき、前記火炎信号通路(11)および前記耐圧光学機構(10)と共に、光通路を形成するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の火炎検出装置。
- 前記弁機構(9)が、空気式ボール弁(9a)および前記空気式ボール弁に連結された手動作動式ボール弁(9b)からなるボール弁機構であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の火炎検出装置。
- 前記装置が、前記火炎信号受信機(1)を封入して配置され、かつ前記耐圧光学機構(10)に密封式に連結された耐圧保護筺体(14)をさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の火炎検出装置。
- 前記火炎信号受信機(1)が、継手(2)を介して前記耐圧光学機構(10)に取り外し可能に取り付けられ、前記火炎信号送信機構が、前記火炎信号受信機(1)に連結された信号線(17a)を含み、前記信号線が、前記耐圧保護筺体(14)に配置された電気コネクタ(15)から外に導かれることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の火炎検出装置。
- 前記装置が、前記電気コネクタ(15)を封入して配置され、前記耐圧保護筺体(14)に密封式に連結された防炎筺体(16)を有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の火炎検出装置。
- 前記耐圧光学機構(10)が、装着フランジ(8)、圧縮フランジ(3)、前記フランジ間に配置された透過部材(4)および密閉部材(5)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の火炎検出装置。
- 前記火炎信号受信機(1)が、次の群、すなわち赤外線/紫外線二重センサ火炎スキャナ、赤外線火炎スキャナ、紫外線火炎スキャナ、または工業用カメラの1つの任意のものから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の火炎検出装置。
- 前記冷却機構(19)が、多層ジャケットまたはコイル管の構造を有するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の火炎検出装置。
