Claims (17)
- 特に建物の断熱のための水分適応性蒸気バリアであって、蒸気バリアは、拡散等価空気層厚さ(Sd値)で示される水蒸気拡散抵抗(Sd値)を含み、水蒸気拡散抵抗は、蒸気バリア周辺の湿度の減少に伴って増加し、75%、好ましくは70%以上の平均相対湿度から始まる範囲(I)における蒸気バリアは、1mより小さい、好ましくは0.8mより小さいSd値を有し、
45%から58%、好ましくは40%から58%の範囲(II)における平均湿度の蒸気バリアは、実質的に横ばい状態、または略横ばい状態のSd値のグラフ図を有し、この範囲を超えると、2mの下限Sd値は切り下げられず、5mの上限Sd値を超えず、上方および下方実Sd値の間の差は1mを超えず、
20%から30%、好ましくは20%から35%の範囲(III)の平均湿度に関しては、蒸気バリアは、横ばい状態部分の中間範囲における実Sd値の上限を少なくとも0.5だけ超えるSd値を有する、蒸気バリア。 - Sd値と湿度との曲線の横ばい状態の図は、3mから5mの拡散等価空気層厚さの範囲(II)内に設けられる、請求項1に記載の蒸気バリア。
- 曲線の図は、最大で0.6mのSd微分値だけ、好ましくは最大で0.4mの拡散等価空気層厚さだけ実質的に横ばい状態の範囲(II)において変化し、特に湿度の増加に伴って所定の減少率で減少する、請求項1または2に記載の蒸気バリア。
- 75%以上、好ましくは70%以上の湿度における蒸気バリアのSd値は、0.5mの拡散等価空気層厚さより低い、上記請求項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の蒸気バリア。
- 蒸気バリアのSd値と湿度との曲線は、実質的に二重S字曲線の形状を有し、横ばい状態の部分は、結合したS字曲線の移行部分に実質的に配置される、上記請求項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の蒸気バリア。
- 蒸気バリアの湿度適応性を定める材料は、1つの層、つまりは単一の層に設けられる、上記請求項のうちのいずれか1項に記載の蒸気バリア。
- 蒸気バリアの材料は、添加剤が加えられたポリアミドから形成される、請求項5に記載の蒸気バリア。
- 層の材料における添加剤の割合は、7重量%から25重量%、好ましくは10重量%から20重量%、特に好ましくは14重量%から18重量%である、請求項7に記載の蒸気バリア。
- 添加剤は、改質ポリオレフィン、特にグラフトポリエチレン重合体、好ましくはBynel、またはポリエチレンポリアクリル酸共重合体、好ましくはSurlyn(DuPont社の商標)からなる、請求項7または8に記載の蒸気バリア。
- 実質的な均質層構造を形成するための層の材料は、ポリアミド粒状物と粒状形態で設けられる添加剤からなり、混合されたポリアミド粒状物および添加剤は、フォイル層を形成するために押し出される、請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載の蒸気バリア。
- 実質的な均質層構造を形成するための層の材料は、ポリアミド粒状物および粒状形態で設けられる添加剤からなり、混合して混合物とし、混合物を融解した後に、化学的に混合され、ポリアミドと添加剤とを含む粒状物が形成され、最終的にフォイル層に押し出しまたは吹き込みされる、請求項6から9のいずれか1項に記載の蒸気バリア。
- 添加剤は、添加剤のベース粒状物内にナノ粒子の形態で設けられる、請求項10または11に記載の蒸気バリア。
- 材料層は、40μmから80μmの厚さ、好ましくは50μmから70μmの厚さを有するフォイルから形成される、上記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の蒸気バリア。
- 上記の請求項のいずれか1項に記載の湿度適応性蒸気バリアの製造方法であって、ポリアミドを含む粒状物は、特にポリエチレン重合体である添加物を含む粒状物と混合され、この混合物によって、蒸気バリアは押し出しまたは吹き込み法を介して形成される、方法。
- ポリアミドを含む粒状体は、特定的にはポリエチレン重合体である添加剤の粒状体と混合され、化学的混合のために溶解され、混合されたポリアミドと添加剤を含む粒状体は、融解物から形成され、蒸気バリアは押し出しまたは吹き込み法を介して粒状体から形成される、上記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の湿度適応性蒸気バリアの製造方法。
- 添加剤は、ナノ粒子サイズの添加剤のベース粒状体に設けられる、請求項14または15に記載の方法。
- 蒸気バリアはポリアミドと添加剤とを含む均質混合構造を有するフォイルに形成される、請求項14または15に記載の方法。
