Claims (7)
- 例えば排気ガスターボチャージャーなどに用いられる過給機用の調節機構(10)であって、例えばブッシュ(14)などの軸受部材(14)を備えており、前記軸受部材の少なくとも一部分の中に調節軸(16)の少なくとも一部分が嵌合されており、更に、前記調節軸(16)が前記軸受部材を介して前記過給機のハウジング(12)に支持されている調節機構(10)において、
前記調節軸(16)に少なくとも1つのシール部材(28)が装着されており、該シール部材は、前記調節軸(16)上の、前記軸受部材(14)から軸方向(20)に外れた領域部分(22)に装着されていることを特徴とする調節機構。 - 前記調節軸(16)は前記領域部分(22)にカラー部(24)を備えており、前記シール部材(28)は、該カラー部に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の調節機構(10)。
- 前記シール部材(28)は、対応する溝部(26)の中に少なくとも部分的に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の調節機構(10)。
- 前記シール部材(28)は前記カラー部(24)の少なくとも一部分を径方向(32)に亘って覆っていることを特徴とする請求項2又は3記載の調節機構(10)。
- 前記シール部材(28)はシールリング(28)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項記載の調節機構(10)。
- 請求項1乃至5の何れか1項記載の調節機構(10)を備えた例えば排気ガスターボチャージャーなどの過給機において、該過給機の、例えばウェイストゲート(26)などのバルブ機構(36)、及び/または、例えば可変タービンジオメトリの可変案内羽根が、前記調節機構(10)により作動されることを特徴とする過給機。
- 前記調節機構(10)の前記シール部材(28)と、前記過給機のハウジング(12)との間に、封止当接部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の過給機。
