Abstract
始動発電機(20)のシャフト(22)によって担持される第1および第2の固定ギヤホイール(23、24)と、
タービンシャフトによって担持される第1および第2のアイドラーギヤホイール(13、14)であり、異なるギヤ比を規定するために第1および第2の固定ギヤホイールとそれぞれ噛み合うアイドラーギヤホイール(13、14)と、
アイドラーギヤホイールの間に配置され、タービンシャフトに機械的に結合される切換えスリーブ(50)であり、2つの結合位置の間で前記タービンシャフト上で並進移動可能である切換えスリーブ(50)と、
タービンシャフトと始動発電機シャフトとの間のトルクの和が符号を変化させる場合に、切換えスリーブを、その結合位置のいずれか一方から他方の結合位置へ自動的に並進移動させるための手段と
を備える装置を提供する。
Description
始動発電機のシャフトによって担持される第1および第2の固定ギヤホイールと、
タービンシャフトによって担持される第1および第2のアイドラーギヤホイールであり、異なるギヤ比を規定するために第1および第2の固定ギヤホイールとそれぞれ噛み合うアイドラーギヤホイールと、
アイドラーギヤホイールの間に配置され、タービンシャフトに機械的に結合される切換えスリーブであり、2つの結合位置、すなわちこれが第1のアイドラーギヤホイールと噛み合う位置と、これが第2のアイドラーギヤホイールと噛み合う反対の位置との間で前記タービンシャフト上で並進移動可能である切換えスリーブと
を備える装置であって、
タービンシャフトと始動発電機シャフトとの間のトルクの和が符号を変化させる場合に、切換えスリーブをその結合位置のいずれか一方から他方の結合位置へ自動的に並進移動させるための手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする、装置によって達成される。
スリーブがその結合位置のうちの1つにある場合にアイドラーギヤホイールのうちの1つによって担持される歯の平面状のトルク伝動面に対して係合するための第1の平面と、
第1の平面と反対側の第2の平面であり、タービンシャフトと始動発電機のシャフトとの間のトルクの和が符号を変化させる場合に、そのトルク伝動面と反対側のアイドラーギヤホイールのうちの1つの歯の平面状の結合解除面上を摺動することが意図される第2の平面と
を有することが有利である。
Claims (9)
- 航空機用エンジンのタービンシャフトと始動発電機のシャフトとの間の変速比を変更するための装置にして、
始動発電機(20)のシャフト(22)によって担持される第1および第2の固定ギヤホイール(23、24)と、
タービンシャフトによって担持される第1および第2のアイドラーギヤホイール(13、14)であり、異なるギヤ比を規定するために第1および第2の固定ギヤホイールとそれぞれ噛み合うアイドラーギヤホイール(13、14)と、
アイドラーギヤホイールの間に配置され、タービンシャフトに機械的に結合される切換えスリーブ(50)であり、2つの結合位置、すなわちこれが第1のアイドラーギヤホイール(13)と噛み合う位置と、これが第2のアイドラーギヤホイール(14)と噛み合う反対の位置との間で前記タービンシャフト上で並進移動可能である切換えスリーブ(50)と
を備える装置であって、
タービンシャフトと始動発電機のシャフトとの間のトルクの和が符号を変化させる場合に、切換えスリーブをその結合位置のいずれか一方から他方の結合位置へ自動的に並進移動させるようにするための手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする、装置。 - 切換えスリーブ(50)の側面のそれぞれが、ドグ(502)を担持し、各ドグは、
スリーブがその結合位置のうちの1つにある場合にアイドラーギヤホイール(13、14)のうちの1つによって担持される歯(132、142)の平面状のトルク伝動面(134、144)に対して係合するための第1の平面(504)と、
第1の平面と反対側の第2の平面(506)であり、タービンシャフトと始動発電機のシャフトとの間のトルクの和が符号を変化させる場合に、そのトルク伝動面と反対側のアイドラーギヤホイールのうちの1つの歯の平面状の結合解除面(136、146)上を摺動することが意図される第2の平面(506)と
を有する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 切換えスリーブのドグ(502)の第2の平面(506)が、切換えスリーブの回転軸(X−X)に実質的に平行であり、同時にアイドラーギヤホイールの歯(132、142)の結合解除面(136、146)が、前記スリーブの回転方向(S)へ前記回転軸に対して傾斜される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- アイドラーギヤホイール(13、14)の歯(132、142)の結合解除面(136、146)が、切換えスリーブの回転軸(X−X)と角度(β)を形成し、その角度が45°から60°の範囲にある、請求項3に記載の装置。
- アイドラーギヤホイール(13、14)の歯(132、142)の結合解除面(136、146)が、切換えスリーブの回転軸(X−X)に実質的に平行であり、同時に切換えスリーブのドグ(502)の第2の平面(506)が、前記スリーブの回転方向(S)へ前記回転軸に対して傾斜される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 切換えスリーブのドグ(502)の第1の平面(504)、およびアイドラーギヤホイールの歯(132、142)のトルク伝動面(134、144)が、前記スリーブの回転方向(S)へ切換えスリーブの回転軸(X−X)に対して実質的に傾斜される、請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 切換えスリーブのドグ(502)の第1の平面(504)、およびアイドラーギヤホイールの歯(132、142)のトルク伝動面(134、144)が、切換えスリーブの回転軸(X−X)と角度(α)を形成し、その角度が、約5°である、請求項6に記載の装置。
- その結合位置において切換えスリーブ(50)を安定させるための手段(60)をさらに含む、請求項2から7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- タービンシャフトと、始動発電機(20)と、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のタービンシャフトと始動発電機のシャフト(22)との間の変速比を変更するための装置とを含む、航空機用エンジン。
