Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、頑丈なトーションバーアセンブリ、特に鉄道車両用のアンチロールバーアセンブリに係り、油注入テーパ嵌合の手段によってバーに取り付けられるレバーと、排出溝及び好ましくはISO公差等級IT7かそれ以上の公差に形成された協働面を有し、最終組立位置は二つの部品の手動結合により規定される初期位置からのレバーの所定の軸方向変位によって決定される。

Claims (9)
- トーションバーと、少なくとも1つのレバーを有する分解可能なトーションバーアセンブリであって、前記トーションバーはその端部にテーパ付き外周面を有し、
前記レバーはテーパ付き内周面を有するソケットを有し、
前記ソケットは組立状態で前記バーの端部を受け入れ可能とされ、前記内周面と外周面はテーパ嵌合関係にて協働して内外周面間に界面を形成し、
前記バーの端部はその軸方向端面に開口したネジ付き穴を有し、
前記アセンブリは組立状態において前記界面に圧力流体を供給する圧力流体注入口を有し、
前記内周面と外周面の少なくとも1つの面は組立状態において前記注入口に連通した圧力流体排出溝を有する、トーションバーアセンブリ。 - 排出溝が組立状態で前記界面の軸方向長さの少なくとも65%の長さで延び、当該界面にわたって間隔をあけた複数の部分として配設されている請求項1の分解可能なトーションバーアセンブリ。
- ネジ付き穴が前記界面の少なくとも軸方向に延びている請求項1の分解可能なトーションバーアセンブリ。
- 前記内周面と外周面が1:30と1:80の間のテーパを有し、前記内周面と外周面が0.019mm以上0.030mm以下の直径公差を有し、バーの長手軸方向におけるレバーの組立位置の公差が少なくとも+/−2.5mmである請求項1の分解可能なトーションバーアセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリが鉄道車両のアンチロールバーアセンブリとして組み立てられた請求項1から4のいずれか1の分解可能なトーションバーアセンブリ。
- トーションバーアセンブリを組み立てる組立方法であって、
a)トーションバーと、少なくとも1つのレバーを提供する工程、
b)バーの端部にテーバ付き外周面を形成する工程、
c)内周面を規定するソケットをレバーに設ける工程と、
d)バーの端部の軸方向端面に開口するネジ付き穴を形成する工程、
e)前記内周面又は外周面に連通した圧力流体注入口を設ける工程、
f)前記内周面又は外周面の少なくとも1つに、アセンブリの組立状態で前記注入口と連通する排出溝を設ける工程、
g)バーの端部が摩擦テーパ嵌合関係でソケットに係合してバーに対するレバーの初期位置を規定するようにバーの端部にレバーを装着する工程、
h)ネジ付き穴の中にテンション要素を係合し、前記テンション要素とレバーとの間にジャッキを配置する工程、
i)ジャッキを伸長してレバーをバーに対して第1軸方向移動距離で押圧移動する工程、
j)前記内周面と外周面の間に注入口を介して圧力流体を圧入する工程、
k)ジャッキを伸長してレバーをバーに対して押圧することで当該レバーを初期位置から所定の軸線距離にある組立位置に第2軸方向移動距離で移動する工程、
1)前記内周面と外周面の間から圧力流体を排出溝と注入口を介して排出する工程、
m)ジャッキを取り外す工程、
を有する組立方法。 - トーションバーアセンブリが鉄道車両にアンチロールバーアセンブリとして配置され、レバーがバーに装着される前に前記トーションバーが台車の開口部を通して挿入される請求項6に記載の組立方法。
- 添付図面を参照して以上実質的に説明された分解可能なトーションバーアセンブリ。
