Claims (28)
- 硬化性の柔軟な電磁障害耐性積層体であって、前記積層体は、導電性金属材料の層及び熱硬化性樹脂を含み、前記積層体の外面が、樹脂と接触する剥離可能な裏張りシートを備え、前記積層体が、実質的に形状変化しない固い材料のシートをさらに備える、積層体。

- 実質的に形状変化しない固い材料の前記シートが、前記導電性金属材料と前記裏張りシートとの間に設置される、請求項1から13までのいずれか一項に記載の積層体。
- 前記積層体が、第2の実質的に形状変化しない固い材料を備える、請求項1から14までのいずれか一項に記載の積層体。
- 実質的に形状変化しない固い材料の1枚のシートが、前記金属材料のいずれかの面上に設置される、請求項15に記載の積層体。
- 前記裏張りシートを含有しない前記金属材料の前記面上に、前記裏張りシートを含有する前記面上よりも多くの樹脂が存在する、請求項1から16までのいずれか一項に記載の積層体。
- 請求項1から17までのいずれか一項に記載の電磁耐性積層体を製造するための工程であって、導電性金属材料の前記シートと実質的に形状変化しない固い材料の前記シートとを連続的に同時供給するステップと、少なくとも一方のシートが熱硬化性樹脂で被覆される、材料を裏張りする2枚のシートを、前記材料の前記外面と接触させるステップと、その後、前記シートを共に圧縮するステップと、次いで裏張り材料のシートを取り除くステップとを含む、工程。
- 前記シートを、1つ又は複数のローラを通過させることによって、前記シートの前記圧縮が遂行される、請求項18に記載の工程。
- 裏張り材料の両シートが熱硬化性樹脂で被覆される、請求項18又は19に記載の工程。
- 実質的に形状変化しない固い材料の前記シートが、裏張り材料のシートを被覆する樹脂コーティングに付着される、請求項18から20までのいずれか一項に記載の工程。
- 第2の実質的に形状変化しない固い材料も、裏張り材料の他方のシートを被覆する樹脂コーティングに付着される、請求項21に記載の工程。
- 前記積層体が巻き上げられてロールを形成するステップが後に続く、請求項18から22までのいずれか一項に記載の工程。
- 請求項1から17までのいずれか一項に記載の硬化性の柔軟な電磁耐性積層体を型面上に敷設する方法であって、前記積層体の外面が、樹脂と接触する剥離可能な裏張りシートを備え、前記積層体が、ツール・ヘッドによってロールから前記型の前記表面に自動的に供給され、それにより粘着力のある硬化性の熱硬化性樹脂を含む前記積層体の外面が前記型面に接触し、前記ツールが前記積層体を載置するときに前記積層体が前記型面に付着し、前記裏張りシートが、取り除かれ、前記積層体が前記型の前記表面上の適所に、その裏張りシートがない状態で残される、方法。
- 構造用繊維及び熱硬化性樹脂を含む幾つかのプリプレグを、前記載置された積層体の前記露出面上に載置するステップが後に続く、請求項24に記載の方法。
