Claims (3)
- それぞれヘッダー空間が備えられ、そのヘッダー空間に連結された流出入口が形成された一対のヘッダーと、
両端が開口された円筒状のチューブ体で、両端それぞれの開口がヘッダーそれぞれのヘッダー空間に連結されるように並んで配列された複数のチューブと、
一端が塞げられた管体で、開口された他端が前記ヘッダーの中の一側ヘッダーの外部に露出されるように、その一側ヘッダーに他端部が気密的に固定されて、前記チューブの中心に位置されるように前記チューブに挿入された石英管と、
殺菌領域の直径が前記チューブの直径より大きくまたは同じく形成する紫外線出力を有し、前記石英管の内部に挿入された紫外線ランプと、が含まれることを特徴とする紫外線照射死角領域を除去した紫外線を利用した殺菌浄化装置。 - 光触媒がコーティングされて、前記チューブの内部に充填された光触媒コーティング担体がさらに含まれ、
前記チューブ体の両端開口には中央に前記石英管が挿入通過されるための貫通孔が形成されて、前記光触媒コーティング担体が外部に離脱されないように、前記光触媒コーティング担体の大きさより小さいメッシュを有する遮断網が設置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紫外線照射死角領域を除去した紫外線を利用した殺菌浄化装置。 - 前記石英管チューブが固定された一側ヘッダーには前記石英管の他端及びその石英管に挿入されたランプをカバーするように結合されたカバーがさらに含まれることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の紫外線照射死角領域を除去した紫外線を利用した殺菌浄化装置。
