Claims (14)
- ベース基板と、
前記ベース基板の第1面上に形成される中間層と、及び
前記中間層上に形成される透明伝導層と、
を含むタッチパネル用板状部材。 - 前記中間層の屈折率が前記透明伝導層の屈折率より大きいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用板状部材。
- 前記ベース基板の第2面上に形成される一つ以上の外面層をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用板状部材。
- 前記外面層は、前記ベース基板から遠くなる方向に屈折率が小さくなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のタッチパネル用板状部材。
- 前記透明伝導層は、酸化インジウムスズ(indium tin oxide:ITO)を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用板状部材。
- 前記中間層は、Mg、F、Si、Al、Ce、In、Hf、Zr、Pb、Ti、Ta、Nb及びOでなされた群から選択された物質を少なくとも一つ含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタッチパネル用板状部材。
- ベース基板、該ベース基板の第1面上に形成される中間層、そして、前記中間層上に形成される透明伝導層を含む第1板状部材と、及び
前記第1板状部材に対向する第2板状部材と、
を含むタッチパネル。 - 前記中間層の屈折率が前記透明伝導層の屈折率より大きいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタッチパネル。
- ベース基板上に中間層を形成する段階と、及び
前記中間層に透明伝導層を形成する段階と、
を含むタッチパネル用板状部材の製造方法。 - 前記中間層の屈折率が前記透明伝導層の屈折率より大きいことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のタッチパネル用板状部材の製造方法。
- 前記ベース基板の第2面上に一つ以上の外面層を形成する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のタッチパネル用板状部材の製造方法。
- 前記外面層は、前記ベース基板から遠くなる方向に屈折率が小さくなることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のタッチパネル用板状部材の製造方法。
- 前記透明伝導層は、酸化インジウムスズ(indium tin oxide:ITO)を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のタッチパネル用板状部材の製造方法。
- 前記中間層は、Mg、F、Si、Al、Ce、In、Hf、Zr、Pb、Ti、Ta、Nb及びOでなされた群から選択された物質を少なくとも一つ含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のタッチパネル用板状部材の製造方法。
