Abstract
Description
− タービン柱を備えており、夫々のタービンがV字状の羽根を有する直交流型液圧式タービンエンジンに関して、2004年2月4日付で出願された仏国特許出願第04/50209 号明細書(B6412) ,
− タービン柱を補強しタービン柱のいかなる変形をも防止するための保持構造体に関して、2005年2月14日付で出願された仏国特許出願第05/50420 号明細書(B6869) ,及び
− 逆方向に回転する2つの双柱の組立体から形成されたタービンエンジンに関して、2007年10月23日付で出願された仏国特許出願第07/58511 号明細書(B8450)。
Claims (10)
- 液圧式のタービンエンジンにおいて、
座部(11)と、少なくとも1つの発電機(5) に関連付けられた一連のタービン段(1-4) との間に、前記タービンエンジンの下方のタービン段に着脱可能に取付けられ、前記座部上に置かれる案内ブロック(6) を備えており、
該案内ブロックは案内ケーブル(15)のための巻取機(23)を有しており、前記案内ケーブル(15)の端部が前記座部に固定されていることを特徴とするタービンエンジン。 - 前記巻取機は動力で駆動されるウィンチであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 前記座部(11)は垂直な支軸(14)を有しており、該支軸内に前記案内ブロック(6) の補足的な要素(21)が係合し、前記案内ケーブル(15)は前記支軸に取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 動作部分(40)と前記座部に取付けられた保持構造体(41)とを更に備えており、前記動作部分のみが着脱可能であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のタービンエンジン。
- 前記保持構造体(41)は、分離された垂直なスリーブ状支柱(44)を有しており、前記動作部分(40)は、前記スリーブ状支柱内に挿入可能な側方支柱(42)を有しており、前記案内ケーブル(15)は、前記タービンエンジンの動作部分の側方支柱の下部を通って延び、前記スリーブ状支柱の底部に取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 前記スリーブ状支柱は、該スリーブ状支柱内に前記案内ケーブルを維持するために、前記タービンエンジンの動作部分の側方支柱(42)が前記スリーブ状支柱(44)から引き出されるときに閉じるラッチ(48)を有していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 2つの双柱を備えており、前記座部は、前記タービンエンジンの中央部分が係合する中央の杭(62)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のタービンエンジン。
- 前記杭(72)は、前記タービンエンジンが沈められる液状媒体の表面まで延びていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のタービンエンジン。
- 引揚手段(34)と把持手段(36)とを備えた船舶を用いて、請求項1乃至8のいずれかのタービンエンジンを外す方法であって、
前記船舶(30)を現場に移動させる工程と、
前記タービンエンジンの上部分に取付けられた引揚手段(34)を用いて前記タービンエンジンを引き揚げる工程と、
前記タービンエンジンの最上部が前記船舶の高さに達すると、前記把持手段(36)に前記案内ブロック(6) を把持させる工程と、
前記タービンエンジンを前記把持手段を用いて階段的に引き揚げながら、前記タービンエンジンを一段ずつ外す工程と、
前記案内ブロックが案内手段によって前記座部の方に導かれて、前記座部(11)の支軸と係合するまで、前記案内ブロックを下げる工程と
を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 引揚手段(34)と把持手段(36)とを備えた船舶を用いて、請求項1乃至8のいずれかのタービンエンジンを取り付ける方法であって、
前記船舶(30)を現場に移動させる工程と、
案内ブロック(6) を、該案内ブロックの上部分に取付けられた前記引揚手段を用いて引き揚げる工程と、
前記案内ブロック(6) の最上部が前記船舶の高さに達すると、前記案内ブロック(6) を前記把持手段(36)を用いて把持する工程と、
前記タービンエンジンを前記把持手段を用いて段階的に下げながら、前記タービンエンジンを一段ずつ取付ける工程と、
前記案内ブロックが前記座部(11)の支軸と係合するまで、前記タービンエンジンの上部分に取付けられた前記引揚手段を用いて前記タービンエンジンを下げる工程と
を有することを特徴とする方法。
