Abstract
TURBOGENERADOR HIDRÁULICO DE COLUMNA PARA MANTENIMIENTO SIMPLIFICADO QUE COMPRENDE, ENTRE LA BASE Y LA SUCESIÓN DE NIVELES DE TURBINAS ASOCIADAS A UN GENERADOR, UN BLOQUE GUIA QUE PERMITE DESACOPLAR EL TURBOGENERADOR DE LA BASE PARA EFECTOS DE MANTENIMIENTO Y EL MÉTODO ASOCIADO DE DESMONTAJE Y MONTAJE. DONDE EL TURBOGENERADOR COMPRENDE ENTRE UNA BASE (11 ) Y UNA SUCESIÓN DE NIVELES DE TURBINA (1 -4) ASOCIADOS A POR LO MENOS UN GENERADOR (5) UN BLOQUE GUIA (6) FIJADO DE MANERA REMOVIBLE AL NIVEL INFERIOR DE LA TURBOMÁQUINA Y ENCAJÁNDOSE SOBRE LA BASE, ESTE BLOQUE GUIA CONTENIENDO LOS ENROLLADORES (23 ) DE LOS CABLES GUÍA (15) CUYAS EXTREMIDADES SON FIJADAS DE MANERA PERMANENTE A LA BASE; EN TANTO EL MÉTODO COMPRENDE LLEVAR LA NAVE (30) SOBRE EL LUGAR; ELEVAR LA TURBOMÁQUINA DE LOS MEDIOS DE ELEVACIÓN (34) FIJADOS A UNA PORCIÓN SUPERIOR DE LA TURBOMÁQUINA; UNA VEZ QUE LA PARTE SUPERIOR DE LA TURBOMÁQUINA HA ALCANZADO EL NIVEL DEL NAVÍO, TOMADA POR LOS MEDIOS DE AGARRE (36) EL BLOQUE GUIA (6); DESMONTAR NIVEL POR NIVEL, MIENTRAS QUE SE MONTA LA TURBOMÁQUINA MONTADA POR NIVELES CON LA AYUDA DE LOS MEDIOS DE AGARRE.
