Abstract
Description
(1)二つの流体が平行に配置され、同じ方向に移動する:並流(アンチメソディック(antimethodic))モード、
(2)二つの流体が平行に配置され、逆方向に移動する:向流(メソディック(methodic))モード、
(3)二つの流体が直角に配置される交差流モード:この交差流モードは並流モードまたは向流モードの傾向にできる。
(4)二つの流体の一方が第2の流体が通る大径パイプ中でUターンする。この形状は長さの半分が向流交換器で他の半分が並流交換器であるものと等価:ピンヘッドモード。
計算ツール
密度、エンタルピー、エントロピーおよび混合物の液体/蒸気平衡データはRK-Soave式を用いて計算した。この式を使用するには該当混合物中の各純粋化合物の性質に関する知識と、各二成分混合物に対する相互作用係数とが必要である。
これらの化合物のデータは「ASHRAE Handbook 2005、第20章」に記載されており、また、Refrop(冷媒の性質を計算するためにNISTによって開発されたソフトウェア)から入手できる。
HFO-1234yfの温度-圧力曲線データは静的方法で測定できる。臨界温度度および臨界圧力はSetaramから市販のC80カロリメータを使用して測定される。温度を関数とする飽和密度はパリのEcole des Mines研究所が開発した振動管デンシトメータ法を用いして測定される。
RK-Soave式では混合物中の化合物の虚度を表すために二成分の相互作用係数を使用する。この係数は実験で求めた液体/蒸気平衡データの関数として計算される。
二成分混合物HFC-32/HF0-1234yfでの液体/蒸気平衡の測定は下記の等温式で-10℃、30℃および70℃で実行する。二成分混合物HFC-134a/HFO-1234yfでの液体/蒸気平衡の測定は下記の等温式で20℃で実行する。
二成分混合物HFC-134a/HFC-32の液体/蒸気平衡データはRefpropから入手できる。二つの等温式(-20℃と20℃)と、一つの等圧曲線(30バール)を用いてこの二成分混合物の相互作用係数を計算する。
スクリュー圧縮機と膨張弁とを有する、向流凝縮器および蒸発器を備えた圧縮システムを考える。この圧縮システムを15℃の過熱および5℃の過冷却で運転する。二次流体と冷媒との間の最少温度差は約5℃とみなされる。
加熱モードでは、圧縮システムは蒸発器への冷媒の入口温度の-5℃と、凝縮器への冷媒の入口温度の50℃との間の温度で運転する。システムは45℃で熱を供給する。
冷却モードでは、冷媒システムを蒸発器への冷媒の入口温度の-5℃と、凝縮器への冷媒の入口温度の50℃との間で運転する。システムは0℃で冷蔵する。
冷却モード運転条件下の本発明組成物の性能レベルは[表2]に示す。各組成物の各成分(HF0-1234yf、HFC-32、HFC-134a)の値は重量百分率で与えられる。
Claims (9)
- 基本的に15〜50重量%の2,3,3,3-テトラフルオロプロペンと、5〜40重量%のHFC-134aと、4〜60重量%のHFC-32、好ましくは45〜50重量%のHFC-32とを含む組成物。
- 安定であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1または2に記載の組成物から成る熱伝達流体。
- 圧縮冷凍システムで、好ましくは向流で運転される熱交換器を有する圧縮冷凍システムで使用される請求項3に記載の熱伝達流体。
- R-410Aの代替物として使われる請求項3または4に記載の熱伝達流体。
- 潤滑剤の存在下で使用される請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の熱伝達流体。
- 請求項1または2に記載の組成物から成る発泡剤。
- 請求項1または2に記載の組成物から成る溶剤。
- 請求項1または2に記載の組成物から成るエーロゾル。
