弁の締結壁を外側筒状壁の内側に差し込むことによって弁を支持体に設置するステップと、
内側筒状壁を弁の締結壁の内側に差し込むことによって弁の上にハウジングを設置するステップと、
ハウジングを支持体にスナップ留めするステップと
の連続ステップを含む方法を提供する。
Claims (9)
- 装置(10)からの液体を遮断および通過させる弁部材形成部(54)と、
取り外せないように弁を容器(13)に締結するための締結縁部(50)であって、内側筒状壁(60)と外側筒状壁(30)との間に挟み込まれる筒状締結壁(50)を備える締結縁部と
を備える弁(16)を含み、内側筒状壁(60)は容器(13)に取り付けられたハウジング(18)によって担持され、ハウジング(18)は弁(16)を少なくとも部分的に覆う、液体ディスペンサ装置(10)。 - 外側筒状壁(30)は、容器(13)に取り付けられた支持体(14)によって担持され、支持体は、外側筒状壁(30)によって画定される略ディスク状の弁座(28)を含むのが好ましい、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 弁座(28)はさらに、液体遮断配置の時に弁の弁部材形成部(54)を支承するための支承面(36)を形成する遠位端を有する円筒状中央部(34)を含む、請求項2に記載の装置。

- スナップ留め手段(59)は、スナップ留めがさらに内側筒状壁(60)と外側筒状壁(30)との間の挟圧によって弁(16)を取り外せないように締結することに対応するような構造である、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 弁の弁部材形成部(54)および弁の締結縁部(50)は、エラストマー材料製であり、弁(16)は任意で剛性部分(53)を含む、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置(10)の組立方法であって、
弁(16)の締結壁(50)を外側筒状壁(30)の内側に差し込むことによって弁を支持体(14)に設置するステップと、
内側筒状壁(60)を弁(16)の締結壁(50)の内側に差し込むことによって弁の上にハウジング(18)を設置するステップと、
ハウジング(18)を支持体(14)にスナップ留めするステップと
を含む、組立方法。
