Claims (12)
- 試料流体に面するセンサ表面を有する界面センサ(10)を備えた、試料流体における凝固パラメータを測定するための装置であって、前記センサ表面が、血液成分に対する接着性領域(14)と非接着性領域(12)とを含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 前記非接着性領域(12)が、可能な限りタンパク質耐性および/または細胞耐性となっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記接着性領域(14)および前記非接着性領域(12)が、前記センサ表面にモザイク状に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記非接着性領域が、ポリマーコーティング製、特に、ポリエチレン(PE)またはポリエチレングリコール(PEG)製であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記接着性領域(14)が金またはポリスチレン(PS)製であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記非接着性領域が、全表面の少なくとも20%〜最大限90%を占めることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサ表面に活性化因子が1つ組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記センサ表面がフィブリノゲンを含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記表面が複数層を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記界面センサが共振器の形で設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記共振器(10)が音響共振器の形で、特に、水晶振動子または厚みすべり振動子の形であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記界面センサが光学センサの形で、特に表面プラズモン共鳴測定のために設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
