Claims (14)
- 横断器具であって、
マイクロカテーテルにその近位端部のところで結合された本体と、
前記マイクロカテーテルのルーメン内に設けられたブレードに該ブレードの近位端部のところで結合された取っ手であって、前記ブレードが、治療部位への供給用のガイドワイヤを受け入れるように構成され、前記マイクロカテーテルに対して軸方向且つ回転方向に移動するように構成される、前記取っ手と、
前記取っ手を前記本体に対して前進させているときに縮むよう構成されたばねと、を組み合わせ状態で有し、
前記ブレードの鋭利にされた先端部は、前記取っ手を前記本体に対して前進させると、前記マイクロカテーテルの前記ルーメン内の自然な位置から前記マイクロカテーテルの遠位端部を越えた伸長位置まで前進するよう構成されており、
前記ばねは、前記取っ手を放すと前記ブレードを前記マイクロカテーテルに対して伸ばしたり引っ込めたりするよう構成されている、横断器具。 - 前記取っ手の近位端部に取り付けられて、前記横断器具と組み合わせた状態の補足的治療器具の適応可能な使用を容易にするよう構成されたルアーを更に有する、請求項1記載の横断器具。
- 前記ルアーは、前記補足的治療器具を前記マイクロカテーテルの前記ルーメンまで案内するよう構成されている、請求項2記載の横断器具。
- 前記ルアーは、前記補足的治療器具を前記ブレードのルーメンまで案内するよう構成されている、請求項2記載の横断器具。
- 前記補足的治療器具は、ガイドワイヤ、PTAバルーン及びステント器具のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項2記載の横断器具。
- 更に、プランジャーロッドと、ハイポ支持体と、を有し、前記取っ手、前記ルアー、前記プランジャーロッド、前記ハイポ支持体、及び前記ブレードは、一体型ユニットからなる、請求項2記載の横断器具。
- 前記ブレードの前記先端部は、硬質材料からなる、請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の横断器具。
- 前記ブレードの前記先端部は、中空の鋭利にされた反転先端部である、請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の横断器具。
- 前記取っ手及び前記本体は、前記ばねの拡張を制限すると共に前記ブレードの前記自然な位置を提供するよう構成され、前記取っ手は、更に、前記ブレードを前記自然な位置及び前記伸長位置のうちの少なくとも1つに選択的にロックするよう構成されている、請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載の横断器具。
- 前記本体は、前記マイクロカテーテルに解除可能に固定された状態で前記本体から離脱可能であるノーズを更に有し、前記マイクロカテーテルは、前記本体から選択的に取り外し可能である、請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載の横断器具。
- 前記マイクロカテーテルの前記ルーメンは、前記ブレードを前記自然な位置から前記伸長位置に前進させているときにトルクを前記ブレードに加えるよう構成された案内部材を更に有する、請求項1乃至10の何れか1項に記載の横断器具。
- 前記ブレードの先端部は、凹状端部又は凸状端部からなる請求項1乃至11の何れか1項に記載の横断器具。
- 前記横断器具は、迅速交換器具として構成される請求項1乃至12の何れか1項に記載の横断器具。
- 更に、ノーズガイドと、ノーズと、熱収縮部と、を有し、前記本体、前記ノーズガイド、前記ノーズ、前記熱収縮部、及び前記マイクロカテーテルは、一体型ユニットからなる請求項1乃至13の何れか1項に記載の横断器具。
