Abstract
Description

Claims (16)
- 老眼及び/又は偽水晶体の患者に増大された被写界深度を提供するように設計された眼科矯正具であって、
種々の距離における物体の焦点を網膜上に合わせるように設計された光学パワーを含み且つ光のデフォーカス部分の可視性を最小にする、眼科矯正具。 - 請求項1に記載の眼科矯正具を設計するための方法。
- 当該矯正具が眼内レンズ(IOL)である、請求項1に記載の矯正具。
- 当該矯正具がコンタクトレンズ(CL)である、請求項1に記載の矯正具。
- 屈折矯正手術の一部として実施される、請求項1に記載の矯正具。
- 角膜移植(例えば角膜内レンズ又は角膜上レンズ)の一部として実施される、請求項1に記載の矯正具。
- 前記矯正具がモノビジョンの形態である、請求項1に記載の矯正具。
- 反対符号の制御されたレベルのSAを用い又は遠方矯正及び近方矯正における他の径方向の対称的なパワー変化を用いる、眼科矯正具。
- 前記SAの符号(又は他の径方向の対称的なパワー変化)が前記近方矯正について正であり且つ前記遠方矯正について負である、請求項8に記載の矯正具。
- 眼と結合されるとき、前記遠方矯正において負のSAを生成し且つ前記近方矯正において正のSAを生成する、請求項8に記載の矯正具。
- 負のデフォーカス及び負のSA並びに正のデフォーカス及び正のSAを結合することによってデフォーカス光の可視性を低減する二焦点眼科矯正具、三焦点眼科矯正具又は多焦点眼科矯正具。
- 前記SAが、ゼルニケSA、ザイデルSA、又はいくつかの他の形態の径方向の対称的なパワー変化として記述されうる、請求項11に記載の矯正具。
- 非径方向の対称的なパワー変化を含むことができる、請求項11に記載の矯正具。
- 二焦点眼科レンズ、三焦点眼科レンズ、多焦点眼科レンズ又は屈折矯正手術に適用されうる、請求項11に記載の矯正具。
- 6mmの瞳孔を横切って0.1〜0.4μmの波面RMSの大きさによって定義されうるSAを導入するパワーの変化を含むことができる、請求項11に記載の矯正具。
- 任意の瞳孔サイズに合わせて調整されることができ、且つ、ゴースト像の可視性を低減するのに必要とされる種々のレベルのSAを用いることができる、請求項15に記載の矯正具。
