Claims (20)
- 高効率及び低メンテナンスを提供する、回転再生式熱交換器のための熱伝達要素において、
互いに平行でありかつ2つの隣接する熱伝達要素間に通路を形成するような形状とされている複数のひだであって、各々が前記熱伝達要素の対向する両側から外向きに延びているたぶを包含すると共に頂部−頂部高さHnを有している、複数のひだと、
前記ひだ間で互いに平行に延びている第1の複数の波状部であって、各々が前記熱伝達要素の対向する両側から外向きに延びているたぶを包含すると共に頂部−頂部高さHu1を有している、第1の複数の波状部と、
前記ひだ間で互いに平行に延びている第2の複数の波状部であって、各々が前記熱伝達要素の対向する両側から外向きに延びているたぶを包含すると共に頂部−頂部高さHu2を有し、前記Hu2が前記Hu1よりも小さい、第2の複数の波状部と、
を包含する熱伝達要素。 - 前記Hulが前記Hnよりも小さい、請求項1記載の熱伝達要素。
- 前記Hu2/前記Hu1の比が0.2よりも大きいが0.8よりも小さい、請求項1記載の熱伝達要素。
- 前記Hu2/前記Hnの比が約0.06よりも大きいが約0.72よりも小さい、請求項3記載の熱伝達要素。
- 前記Hu1/前記Hnの比が約0.30よりも大きいが約0.9よりも小さい、請求項4記載の熱伝達要素。
- 前記第1の複数の波状部が幅Wu1を有すると共に、前記第2の複数の波状部が幅Wu2を有し、前記Wu1が前記Wu2と等しくない、請求項1記載の熱伝達要素。
- 前記Wu2/前記Wu1の比が約0.2よりも大きいが約1.2よりも小さい、請求項6記載の熱伝達要素。
- 更に、前記ひだ間に形成されて前記ひだと平行に延びている平坦部を包含している、請求項1記載の熱伝達要素。
- 高効率及び低メンテナンスを提供する、回転再生式熱交換器のための熱伝達要素において、
互いに平行でありかつ2つの隣接する熱伝達要素間に通路を形成するような形状とされている複数のひだであって、各々が前記熱伝達要素の対向する両側から外向きに延びているたぶを包含している、複数のひだと、
前記ひだ間に形成されている第1の複数の波状部であって、各々が互いに平行に延びていると共に幅Wu1を有している、第1の複数の波状部と、
前記ひだ間に形成されている第2の複数の波状部であって、各々が互いに平行に延びていると共に幅Wu2を有し、前記Wu1が前記Wu2と等しくない、第2の複数の波状部と、
を包含する熱伝達要素。 - 前記第1の複数の波状部が高さHu1を有すると共に、前記第2の複数の波状部が高さHu2を有し、前記Hu1が前記Hu2と等しくない、請求項9記載の熱伝達要素。
- 前記Hu1が前記Hnよりも小さい、請求項1記載の熱伝達要素。
- 前記Hu2/前記Hu1の比が0.2よりも大きいが0.8よりも小さい、請求項1記載の熱伝達要素。
- 前記Hu2/前記Hnの比が約0.06よりも大きいが約0.72よりも小さい、請求項3記載の熱伝達要素。
- 前記Hu1/前記Hnの比が約0.30よりも大きいが約0.9よりも小さい、請求項4記載の熱伝達要素。

- 前記Wu2/前記Wu1の比が約0.2よりも大きいが約1.2よりも小さい、請求項18記載の熱伝達要素。
- 前記熱伝達要素が、更に、前記ひだ間に形成されて前記ひだと平行に延びている平坦区域を有している、請求項15記載の熱伝達要素。
