Claims (16)
- カソード板及びアノード板がセパレータを挟んで配置された電極アッセンブリーが収納された電池缶の開放端に組み立てられる二次電池用キャップアッセンブリーにおいて、
最上部に突出された形態で配置されカソード端子を形成するトップキャップ;
前記トップキャップの下部で前記トップキャップと接触するように配置された安全素子;
前記安全素子と接触するように配置される安全ベント;
上部が前記安全ベントの下端に溶接され、下部が前記電極アッセンブリーと連結される電流遮断部材;
前記電流遮断部材の外周面を包む第1ガスケット;及び
前記トップキャップ、前記安全素子及び前記安全ベントの縁を包み、下端部が前記電流遮断部材の下部を包むように延長された第2ガスケットを含むことを特徴とする、二次電池用キャップアッセンブリー。 - 前記第1ガスケットは前記電流遮断部材の上部と側面部とに接触され、前記第2ガスケットは前記電流遮断部材の下部に接触されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用キャップアッセンブリー。
- 前記第1ガスケットと前記第2ガスケットとの間に水平方向のスペースが形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用キャップアッセンブリー。
- 前記電池缶が、ビーディング部を備えないことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用キャップアッセンブリー。
- 前記トップキャップ、前記安全素子及び前記安全ベントを密着させることができるように前記ガスケットを取り囲み、前記電池缶の開放端に溶接されるカバーをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の二次電池用キャップアッセンブリー。
- 前記キャップアッセンブリーが、円筒形であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用キャップアッセンブリー。
- 前記安全ベントにノッチが形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用キャップアッセンブリー。
- 前記電流遮断部材にガス排出穴が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の二次電池用キャップアッセンブリー。
- カソード板及びアノード板がセパレータを挟んで配置された電極アッセンブリー;
前記電極アッセンブリー及び電解液を収納する電池缶;及び
最上部に突出された形態で配置されカソード端子を形成するトップキャップ、前記トップキャップの下部で前記トップキャップと接触するように配置された安全素子、前記安全素子と接触するように配置される安全ベント、上部が前記安全ベントの下端に溶接され、下部が前記電極アッセンブリーと連結される電流遮断部材、前記電流遮断部材の外周面を包む第1ガスケット、及び前記トップキャップ、前記安全素子及び前記安全ベントの縁を包み、下端部が前記電流遮断部材の下部を包むように延長された第2ガスケットを含むキャップアッセンブリーを備えることを特徴とする、二次電池。 - 前記第1ガスケットが、前記電流遮断部材の上部と側面部とに接触され、
前記第2ガスケットが、前記電流遮断部材の下部に接触されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1ガスケットと前記第2ガスケットとの間に水平方向のスペースが形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電池缶が、ビーディング部を備えないことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャップアッセンブリーが、前記トップキャップ、前記安全素子及び前記安全ベントを密着させることができるように前記ガスケットを取り囲み、前記電池缶の開放端に溶接されるカバーをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記キャップアッセンブリーが、円筒形であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記安全ベントにノッチが形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電流遮断部材にガス排出穴が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の二次電池。
