Abstract
【解決手段】還元性フェノール系化合物と、苛性アルカリと、炭酸塩とを含有する金属防食剤であって、該還元性フェノール系化合物が、没食子酸およびその塩、タンニンおよびその塩のうちの少なくとも1つである金属防食剤を用いることを特徴とするボイラ水系の処理方法。

ここで、f=50.04/(FW/z)

加水分解性タンニン、縮合型タンニン、没食子酸、苛性アルカリである水酸化カリウム、炭酸塩である炭酸カリウムまたは炭酸ナトリウム、りん酸塩であるりん酸三カリウムを、それぞれ表1に示す配合比で各100gずつ製剤し、容量500mL容器に50g入れて蓋をし、常温(24〜26℃程度)にて静置保管した。製剤直後と製剤1週間後に、HACH社の多項目迅速水質分析計DR/4000を用いてチロジン法(Kloster,M.B.「米国上水道協会ジャーナル」,Vol.66,No.1,pp.44(1974)に準拠)により還元性フェノール化合物濃度を測定し、還元性フェノール化合物の残存率を下記式により算出した。

図1で示すテストボイラに軟鋼製テストピース(SS−400、20×80×2mm)を設置し、腐食試験を実施した。図1に示すテストボイラにおいて、補給水タンク10、予熱器12、圧力容器14、凝縮器16がそれぞれ配管等により接続され、圧力容器14にテストチューブ18およびテストピース20を設置した。補給水は相模原市水の軟化水を使用し、表3に示す量となるように配合した金属防食剤を、この補給水に200mg/Lになるように、圧力容器14に給水した。テストボイラの試験条件は表2の通りである。試験終了後、テストチューブ18およびテストピース20を取り出し、テストチューブ18においては、腐食の発生状況を目視で観察し、テストピース20においては下記式(1)により腐食速度(MDD)を測定した。

- 還元性フェノール系化合物と、苛性アルカリと、炭酸塩とを含有することを特徴とする金属防食剤。
- 請求項1に記載の金属防食剤であって、
前記還元性フェノール系化合物が、没食子酸およびその塩、タンニンおよびその塩のうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする金属防食剤。 - 請求項1または2に記載の金属防食剤であって、
炭酸カルシウム換算した前記苛性アルカリに対する、炭酸カルシウム換算した前記炭酸塩の質量比が0.1以上11以下の範囲であることを特徴とする金属防食剤。 - 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載の金属防食剤を用いることを特徴とするボイラ水系の処理方法。
