Abstract
【解決手段】各発光受光パッケージ3X”−a、3X”−b、3Y”−a、3Y”−bは同一構成をなしており、縦置きした発光素子たとえばLED素子31及び受光素子たとえばフォトトランジスタ32によって構成されている。従って、反射型フォトインタラプタ技術を利用して物体A、B、C、Dを検出できる。たとえば、発光受光パッケージ3X”−aのLED素子31から発射した光LX1は表示面上の物体Aによって反射されてそのフォトトランジスタ32に到達し、また、発光受光パッケージ3Y”−aのLED素子31から発射した光LY1は表示面上の物体Aによって反射されてそのフォトトランジスタ32に到達し、これにより、反射光LX1、LY1の有無によって物体Aが座標(X1,Y1)上に存在するか否かを判別できる。

Claims (7)
- 表示装置の表示面上に対向配列された複数の発光受光パッケージを具備し、
前記各発光受光パッケージは前記表示面に対して縦置された一対の発光素子及び受光素子を有し、
前記各発光受光パッケージの発光素子は前記表示面上に対向配列された前記発光受光パッケージの受光素子と対向している光学式タッチパネル。 - さらに、前記発光受光パッケージの光出射/光入射方向に対向したライトガイドレンズを具備する請求項1に記載の光学式タッチパネル。
- 前記ライトガイドレンズの2つの入出射面の少なくとも1つは、横から見て2つの凸状となっている請求項2に記載の光学式タッチパネル。
- 前記ライトガイドレンズの2つの入出射面の少なくとも1つは、横から見て1つの凸状となり、他の1つは、横から見て、V字状になっている請求項2に記載の光学式タッチパネル。
- 前記各発光受光パッケージは、
前記発光素子及び前記受光素子が搭載された基板と、
前記発光素子及び前記受光素子を樹脂封止する樹脂層と
を具備する請求項1に記載の光学式タッチパネル。 - 前記発光素子に対向する前記樹脂層の表面は該発光素子の面に対して傾斜させて前記発光素子の光の前記受光素子への戻りを抑制した請求項5に記載の光学式タッチパネル。
- 前記樹脂層の前記発光素子と前記受光素子とに対して区分する反射層が設けられた請求項5に記載の光学式タッチパネル。
