Abstract
【解決手段】高炉スラグ微粉末、消石灰微粉末、ケイ酸アルカリ、分散剤及び水を含有してなるスラグ系注入材であって、注入材中、ケイ酸アルカリがSiO2濃度にして0.05〜0.40質量%であることを特徴とするスラグ系注入材及びその注入工法である。

Description
使用した材料は次のとおりである。
(1)高炉スラグ微粉末:通過体積百分率95%粒子径4.3μm、ブレーン比表面積15100cm2/g、塩基度1.88
(2)消石灰微粉末:通過体積百分率95%粒子径4.1μm
(3)ケイ酸アルカリ:JIS K 1408−1966「けい酸ナトリウム」に規定の3号品(SiO2濃度29%)
(4)分散剤:カルボキシル基含有ポリエーテル系分散剤(固形分量33質量%、赤外線吸収スペクトルの相対強度比α=0.63、β=1.09)
(1)注入材の調製
高炉スラグ微粉末の質量と消石灰微粉末の質量の比を93:7、注入材中の分散剤を約0.7質量%(溶液基準)に固定し、水の質量と高炉スラグ微粉末及び消石灰微粉末の合計質量の比を8:1及び12:1とし、表1及び2に示すようにケイ酸アルカリの量を変動させて、実施例1〜4及び比較例1〜2の注入材を調製した。注入材は、1バッチ当たりの出来上がり容積を1Lとして、所定量の分散剤、高炉スラグ微粉末及び消石灰微粉末、ケイ酸アルカリの順に加え、ジューサーミキサ(松下電器社製、MX‐915C)で1分間高速攪拌(15000rpm)して調製した。
調製した注入材を、円筒形容器(直径9cm、高さ9cm、内容積400ml、粉砕媒体無し)に入れ、ボールミル架台にセットして室温(23℃)で低速回転(23rpm)した。所定の時間に達した時点で、注入材粘度(みかけ粘度)をB型粘度計(株式会社トキメック製デジタル粘度計DVL−BII形、23℃、回転数60rpm、BLアダプター使用)で測定し、次の測定まで再び低速回転した。これらの結果を表1〜2に示す。
上記材料を使用し、高炉スラグ微粉末の質量と消石灰微粉末の質量との比を93:7とし、表3及び4に示すように、水の質量と高炉スラグ微粉末及び消石灰微粉末の合計質量との比(表3及び4中の質量比)、分散剤及びケイ酸アルカリの量を変動させて、実施例1、4〜6及び比較例3の注入材を調製し、注入材を珪砂(宇部珪砂7号、細粒土分24%)と練り混ぜ、塩化ビニル製の円筒容器(内径Φ5cm×10cm)に流し込み、23℃の恒温室で封緘養生した。所定材齢経過後、脱型して一軸圧縮強さを測定した。なお、混合珪砂充填時の間隙率は約50%であったので、その間隙相当容積の注入材を加えた。結果を表3〜4に示した。
Claims (5)
- 高炉スラグ微粉末、消石灰微粉末、ケイ酸アルカリ、主鎖を形成するメチル基又はメチレン基をもち、カルボキシ金属塩を主鎖中にもち、かつ脂肪族エーテル基の側鎖をもつカルボキシル基含有ポリエーテル系分散剤及び水を含有してなる1液型のスラグ系注入材であって、注入材中、ケイ酸アルカリがSiO2濃度にして0.07〜0.37質量%、カルボキシル基含有ポリエーテル系分散剤が0.25〜0.74質量%であり、
高炉スラグ微粉末の質量と消石灰微粉末の質量との比が85:15〜96:4であり、かつ水の質量と高炉スラグ微粉末及び消石灰微粉末の合計質量との比が12:1以下であり、
高炉スラグ微粉末及び消石灰微粉末が、それぞれ通過体積百分率95%の粒子径が12.0μm以下の粉末である、1液型のスラグ系注入材。 - 高炉スラグ微粉末の質量と消石灰微粉末の質量との比が90:10〜95:5である、請求項1記載の1液型のスラグ系注入材。
- 注入材中、ケイ酸アルカリがSiO2濃度にして0.07〜0.32質量%である、請求項1又は2記載の1液型のスラグ系注入材。
- 注入材中、ケイ酸アルカリがSiO2濃度にして0.09〜0.28質量%である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の1液型スラグ系注入材。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の1液型のスラグ系注入材を地盤に注入する注入工法。
