Abstract

- ガスタービンエンジン(10)用のシールであって、
タービンエンジンブレード(22、24)のベースに配置されたシール本体(38)と、
シール本体から軸方向に延在するウィング部(46)であって、ウィング部(46)が、エンジンの中心線と実質的に平行な第1の部分と角度付き上向き部分(48)とを有していて、第1の部分が、シール本体と上向き部分との間に延在している、ウィング部(46)と
を有しており、中心線(C)と角度付き上向き部分との間に規定される角度(A)が約0°〜約90°の範囲内にある、シール。 - 角度付き上向き部分と第1の部分との間に延在する弓形セグメントをさらに備える、請求項1記載のシール。
- シール本体が、タービンエンジンにおいてバケットのシャンクを形成する、請求項1記載のシール。
- 角度付き上向き部分(48)が、ガスタービンエンジン(10)の静止部品(56)に対してシールするよう構成されている、請求項1記載のシール。
- 角度付き上向き部分(48)の端部に配置された調整可能先端部(60)をさらに備える、請求項1記載のシール。
- 調整可能先端部(60)が、ガスタービンエンジンの静止部品(56)に対するシールの半径方向ギャップ及び軸方向ギャップを調整するよう構成されている、請求項5記載のシール。
- シールが、ガスタービンエンジン(10)の静止部品(56)の少なくとも一部と重なり合うよう構成されている、請求項1記載のシール。
- 角度付き上向き部分(48)が、約60°〜70°の角度で配置される、請求項1記載のシール。
