Abstract
【解決手段】型締力を発生させる電磁石49を備える射出成形機10は、電磁石49のコイル48に直流電流を供給する電流供給部70と、電流供給部70を制御する制御部60とを備える。制御部60は、電磁石49のコア46の着磁及び消磁を行う工程を第1の電流パターンで所定の回数制御した後、前記工程を第2の電流パターンで所定の回数制御する。第1の電流パターンと、第2の電流パターンとは、消磁工程で最後にコイル48に供給する直流電流の方向が逆向きである。

Description
型締力を発生させる電磁石を備える射出成形機において、
前記電磁石のコイルに直流電流を供給する電流供給部と、
該電流供給部を制御する制御部とを備え、
該制御部は、前記電磁石のコアの着磁及び消磁を行う工程を第1の電流パターンで所定の回数制御した後、前記工程を第2の電流パターンで所定の回数制御し、
前記第1の電流パターンと、前記第2の電流パターンとは、消磁工程で最後に前記コイルに供給する直流電流の方向が逆向きであることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 型締力を発生させる電磁石を備える射出成形機において、
前記電磁石のコイルに直流電流を供給する電流供給部と、
該電流供給部を制御する制御部とを備え、
該制御部は、前記電磁石のコアの着磁及び消磁を行う工程を第1の電流パターンで所定の回数制御した後、前記工程を第2の電流パターンで所定の回数制御し、
前記第1の電流パターンと、前記第2の電流パターンとは、消磁工程で最後に前記コイルに供給する直流電流の方向が逆向きであることを特徴とする射出成形機。 - 前記第1の電流パターンと、前記第2の電流パターンとは、着磁工程で前記コイルに供給する前記直流電流の方向、及び消磁工程で最初に前記コイルに供給する直流電流の方向が逆向きである請求項1に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記第2の電流パターンは、前記第1の電流パターンを反転したものである請求項1又は2に記載の射出成形機。
- 前記制御部は、前記電磁石のコアの着磁及び消磁を行う工程を1回制御する度に、該工程で前記電磁石のコイルに供給される電流の電流パターンを前記第1の電流パターンと前記第2の電流パターンとの間で変更する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の射出成形機。
